Bought a 2017 GMC Canyon from here at the end of September 2021. I've had it back to the dealership twice for a stuttering feel as I drive as well as hard shifting around first and second gear. The first time I was told they couldn't duplicate it. I had to schedule a drive along. I went for a drive test with a technician and they felt it as we were driving a few times. Right away he said that feels like the issue many have with the torque converter and moisture so he would change the fluids while it was back for an oil change. He couldn't feel the shifting issue which is understandable bc it wasn't happening there but the stutter was. The service counter rep came out and said they couldn't duplicate it so there was nothing to be done. It is the way the 8speed feels. I have spoken with many other gmc truck owners and they do not feel that in their vehicles. This truck had the torque converter replaced in August (mind you my sales person didn't tell me about this when I was looking at the vehicle). I have also spoken with the manager about my concerns and I was given an attitude and told its just the way the 8speed feels. I felt like I was being spoken down to and like I was some clueless woman. I've driven enough vehicles all different brands and I've done enough research to know something is not right with this vehicle. I don't want to hear them say they understand where my frustration is coming from for the 20th time. You don't. This is no small purchase. You withheld information about the vehicle, sold it to me with an out of date oil change and are speaking to me like a clueless woman. To be told from the tech he felt exactly what I was feeeling as driving and then someone to come out and say he didn't....seems a little shady like the manager just doesn't want to put in the hours to try to fix this issue... Not happy and I want to know how you are going to fix the issue with this vehicle ASAP.

Bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 from them. Immediately started having transmission problems with the truck. Has been back four times they could not resolve it .Even videotaped the truck doing it but this was no help to them. Their service department is awful. Finally spoke to owner JP and he asked me to take it to another shop that they couldn't figure it out. Never buy a used vehicle from them.

Worst place ever to go to.! What is there a most two weeks ago with somebody's else's vehicle to get serviced and the person that works behind the counter in the service area decided to come in and harass me while I was sitting in the waiting room. And he also broke the Hippa law Then I guess since he couldn't get no satisfaction out of harassing me the service manager came in and harassed me and kept harassing me. Now mind you I wasn't doing anything I was just sitting there minding my own business. He was telling me since I have medical reasons why I don't wear a mask but I had to sit outside. And he kept telling me this over and over and over again. And I proceeded to tell him that I am disabled and that I have more rights than he does and that I was just going to sit there and wait for the vehicle to be done and that's it. Well then he threaten me with the cops! And I told him go ahead I said legally they cannot enforce the law about wearing the stupid masks because the governor is not allowed to do what he's doing. And I proceeded to tell him once again that I have medical reasons that I do not wear a mask. And then he proceeded to also break the HIPAA laws by asking me what medical reasons I have for not wearing them. That there was against the law friend even asked that. Then other things happened that I will not get into. Then the little person that first came and harassed me want to hand me the keys to the vehicle and he stood back as far as he could to hand the keys and the receipt to me. Violation of my civil rights doing something like that. Then they proceeded to park the vehicle all the way in the back parking lot instead of putting it right there by the garage doors like everybody else's vehicle gets put in when it's done. Little do they know I filed a formal complaint against them with the ADA down in Washington DC and I also filed a formal complaint against them with the Pennsylvania civil rights Association. You could never pay me to go there ever again. Not even for somebody else. You want to talk about a bunch of ignorant people they don't know the laws and don't know the constitution this is the place to go! Very ignorant and unprofessional! I even called and left a message for the owner JR Sauder to call me because I let him know that I had a problem with two of his employees there and do you think he ever called me back no! Do you want to call that real professional? No I just say that's pretty damn ignorant! Do not waste your time going here because they will treat you like a piece of s**** My question is would you go there I want to be treated like I did and I am physically disabled?

They “repaired†my trailblazer last year. Their service writers were consistently rude and refused to give me an explanation of what was going on. I was given attitude when I requested the supposed broken parts. They refused to honor the warranty on a brand new transmission purchased from them. Ended up have to shell out an additional $3200 on top of the cost of the transmission. Had my car for 7 WEEKS! And when i finally got it back it still was not right and they would not

I've never patronize them however they have spammed my email heavily for no reason. I received five emails today from them. Hey guys if you think your email promotions are effective they are NOT. They're annoying and intrusive. five me emails within one hour give me a break. If there was any chance that I ever would patronize your place there is no chance in hell that I would now.

Used to go to the one in Brownstown. My wonderful ex goes there so this a better option for me. Bought my little "Greeny" here! 2017 Chevy Sonic. Love it! I always wanted a bright green car. Now I got her! I love zipping around in her! I forgot how much I liked to drive a little car. It's so tiny compared to my van. I see lots,of memories to be made with my little Greeny! Thanks again Doug for making this happen for me! It was a great Birthday present!! :)

I will never do business here again. They all are comeplete morons and liars. They have the dumbest service tech oh we have done a rigorous check, inspection, and tune up. I don't think this company knows how to be truthful or polite. They tell me nothing's wrong with my car 4 days after I bought it. Took it to them, oh nothing is wrong. Took it in again.
