It's absolutely way too expensive not only did they charge me 300 dollars I felt like I wasn't heard when talking and I felt really rushed and I feel like they should have looked at trying to get me some money back and then tried to get me to pay taxes on things that are not even taxable

I went here for help with my taxes. Paid $250 when the deal said $80 and was told to “send them $50 a month” to pay off my tax balance due. Just got a letter from the IRS that it needs paid in full within 10 days. Waste of time, money and energy. Never again.

Not pleased at all The fee was ridiculous it was $165 just to have the taxes done and then somehow I've ended up owing the IRS $250 doesn't make any sense going to have a second opinion at another h&r block that I'm more familiar with and has done me better in the past would not recommend New Holland h&r block to anyone else honestly I would like a refund if that would be possible

Went to this H&R to get my taxes done. They had me sit in the lobby and shout my personal details at the tax professional across the room. At the end, he did not go over anything with me and just asked me to sign it. I discovered later that my son was added as an "other dependent" instead of as my child. Had to file an amendment which H&R did for free but still didn't go over with me. I took everything to another accountant who redid everything they did and found multiple mistakes. I called H&R back several times asking to speak to a manager about the mistakes and was always told none were available but they would call me back. No one has yet been in touch with me and it has been weeks. I had to pay another accountant to fix all of H&R's screwups and they didn't even have the professional courtesy to hear my complaints. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

H&R block is fast and easy and I get a piece of mind in having someone who knows what they are doing
