Great customer service! I’ve always experienced great communication, and friendly people at this garage. They have offered to drive me somewhere if I needed it, called me with updates on my car, and are efficient & timely. I recommend them to my family and friends all the time.

I highly recommend this company. I have 12 vehicles that need serviced between my business and personally owned. I had issues with another garage and started using them about a year ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. I really appreciate Todd squeezing us in on last minute requests to keep our trucks on the road.

Had an alternator installed about 1.5 years ago that went bad. Franklin St garage was very accommodating and replaced it under warranty, without questions. Would recommend for any car work.
