“Convenient location, with the nearest Walmart being about 12 minutes away, Dollar General is an easy stop. Store is always very clean and items are all stocked neatly. Employees have all been great as well!”

“This is one of my favorite Amish stores to go to!? Rather small store and the aisles are narrow but the shelves are packed with fun things to look at. Have a nice selection of fabric, books, toys, housewares etc. Service is fast and accurate!? Very reasonably priced.”

“This place is a hidden jewel! They have a giant selection of the best priced good quality items I usually pass on at regular stores because they are just too expensive! There is everything from clothing personal care items, home decor,candles cosmetics,diy items,craft supplies, cleaning supplies, small furniture items and Alot more. “I rarely do this, so please make sure whoever reads this that it gets to the proper source. My wife and I just pulled the old typical ccustomer "I'll be quick and started browsing at 8:45pm" thing at 9ur local Dollar General. We have both worked retail before and know what thats like so we tried to hurry but still cut it close. There were two employees on at the time, a woman (i didnt get her name) and Eric. Before this sounds like a complaint, i gotta say, not only were they super nice and engaging, we didnt feel like a burden at all, even though they are almost done working hard on their shift. So much so, we may have even run them after 9. But i dont believe that people go out of their way enough to compliment as much as they negatively attack people with their opinions. So the reason I am writing such an insanely long review here is Eric. I'll be honest. I used to be one of those customers that avoided your store like the plague only because everything in their isnt a dollar. I know...i know....very cliche, but it's the truth. The first time i was helped by Erik, i have gone out of my way to shop at any Dollar General (in particular Paradise) because of his proffesionalism and his eagerness to provide excellent customer service to us. He has had an answer for any question, has never made any mistakes on our behalf and has consistently provided my wife and I with a first rate shopping experience on more than one occasion. I cant spend youre money for you, so me telling you to give him a raise probably isnt going to cut it, but keep your eye on him for future promotion opportunities because he is an employee you cant afford to go unnoticed for too long. All i can say is, from one fish in the ocean, Erik single handedly made your brand a household staple here and we just wanted to make sure his hard work and enthusiasm gets some recognition. Keep up the good work, thank you for your time, and im sure we will see you again.”

“Love that they take Apple Pay... and I can relatively find everything I need & something's that I don't..lol Store's pretty clean and organized for the most part ( trust me, I've seen worse)... Clerks are cordial ( There's one clerk that's soft spoken w/ dark hair..she's always there...but she's always warm and converses with every patron) and they give fast & efficient service... --Def deserves 5 STARs!”
“The new DOLLAR GENERAL STORE on Lincoln Highway, N.Versailles,PA is BEAUTIFUL! They recently moved across the street into their own building & it is pristine! Everything is clean,new, shiney,sparkling...even the windows which is very inviting! The aisles are wide & its nice & cool inside, all brand new yellow carts & good parking! The staff is friendly & happy & provide excellent customer service. This new DG store has everything! And the prices are excellent& it is WELL STOCKED! The $1 section is excellent with a big assortment of items + lots of good cleaning stuff! Its bright & cheerful atmosphere was a nice change from the other hot,stuffy,dirty,overcrowded,out of everything,grumpy staffed,YECH stores I had just been in before going to DG! I will skip the others next time! DG had most of what I needed at better prices & a much more pleasant shopping experience. It is EASY to get to, EASY to park, EASY to shop, EASY to check out, & you don't feel WORN OUT from being in a hot stuffy store or MAD because they were out of everything! You feel happy cause it was a NICE place with NICE FRIENDLY SMILING HELPFUL well staffed people who have obviously been trained to be CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented! Very AWESOME place to shop with good prices, good sales,good selection. I love this DOLLAR GENERAL STORE!”
“I think people forget that dollar stores aren’t employing anyone other than highschoolers and unmotivated adults so service isn’t what you paying for there. Just a normal dollar tree here nothing bad nothing great”

“I like to shop here. I also think that the cashier shouldn't put the donation bag on the floor and leave it there, I should put it or see the bag go on the pile of other donation bags. It only takes a moment to put a sold sticker on and frankly I don't want to guess whether or not they just put it back in the for sale pile. Just do this straight up, don't complicate things.”
