Set an appointment and they took my car right in. Oil change and tire check/rotation. Took less than an hour and I even received a loyalty discount. Great service and customer appreciation!! ??

I had a nail in my tire, but I also had a senser out. I drove away and turned around and told the guy the sensor light was still on he said they checked it, and it was ok. He told me to drive around, and it will go off. I drove home and it was still on so I called, and they said bring it back and they would check it. I did that and the sensor was bad, so they replaced it. This is the second time I had to return after driving home for an issue, because no one listened to what I was saying.

I had ordered tires through an online store and had them delivered to CJ's. They contacted me when they arrived, and set up an appointment right away. While setting up the appointment fir the tires, I also had inspection done. They contacted me about needing new windshield wipers to pass inspection. They didn't any work until I approved it.
I was very happy with the service. The employees were courteous and friendly and work was done on tie as promised.
Would recommend them to do work on your vehicle.

Bought a tire from CJs in Dec 2023. For the past 3-4 months its been losing about 4lbs of air pressure. Took it in for diagnostics and CJs charges me $20 to replace the valve stem? Wasn't the valve stem replaced with the tire? Wouldn't that be a warranty item from CJs? I was a 5star reviewer previously, just not happy about getting re-charged for something I paid for 5 months ago.

I am pretty particular about customer service since I run a small business myself. The store manager is always super nice when I go there, and they've gone through a few since I have been going to this CJs. A couple of the store associates could probably be a little more friendly but overall I still give them a thumbs up.
