DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED CARE I have been a patient here for a number of years, the last 3 years it's been impossible to get an appointment, you are always refered to urgent care or the ER regardless of what your condition is. What's the point of having a family doctor if you can't ever see them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ive had nothing but great experiences! My Dr. Ms Jessica Feld is so compassionate and never makes me feel rushed. The front staff are always friendly to me.

I have been going to Dr. Taylor for 12 years now. He and his staff have always been fantastic!
I never have to wait too long for an appointment, and the doctors always spend as much time as I need with me. I never feel rushed or ignored.
I would recommend this practice to anyone!

On the phone the receptionist was very friendly and was eager to help me be seen by a doctor. She added "I hope you feel better" at the end of the conversation and I thought that was very sweet

The front desk was awful. Erin Tracy the "supervisor" was making rude comments and saying that I couldn't be seen while I am in a wheelchair and was in the building within the 10 minute mark, I just got to the desk 1 minute later. Erin needs to be reported for absolutely terrible attitude and service. And the other ladies at the front desk were sitting there talking about me after I left being just as rude as Erin. Think before you go here
