I was Visiting Rutters and with no warning from some employee about the last call to buy adult beverages, he just walked up in front of us and cut it off. He did not tell us the time we had to pick. Horrible customer service! Walked away right after too! Did not purchase from them and don’t to.

"Why Go Anywhere Else?" Because the gas prices have not gone down with those elsewhere in the nation. Compared to MD, for example, Rutters' gas has historically been about 40-50 cents more due to PA gas taxes; but now, it's about 80 cents more. So there's some gouching going on here . . .

Well we go there often.people are nice but the milkshakes Are HORRIBLE..I DONT KNOW WHAT IN IS MISSING BUT THERE IS NO FLAVOR IN ANY OF THEM..ITS PATHETIC ..I will not be buying them again..

Been there way too many times and Mason is rude and down right mean giving the finger to everyone ordering food. I waited 40 minutes for fries tonight and oops he let them fall on the floor and told me to complain f him for the third time

Excellent! Fast, friendly service. Best cup of coffee I’ve had in a while. We chose a few of their ready to go warm breakfast items and a muffin. All were great. It’s nice to get quality when you’re in a rush!!

Customer service is great here. The associates are always friendly and very quick with service. When I visit my mom in Freeland, this is a easy go to place for a quick bite to eat.
