“Here is a shout out for employee,India, who works at FedEx on Washington Road in Pittsburgh. I went to her store to ask about making an enlargement. She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.”
“I traveled from Homestead just to come here. Post office errands are almost always a nightmare and this was the only post office in the region with a favorable rating. I was not disappointed! The clerk on duty was Nick who was kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable of the products and services offered and I was able to purchase exactly what I needed. “Just dropped off a package, pre-labeled and sealed. Gentleman by the name of Kris assisted me in acquiring a receipt and went above and beyond to ensure I have a stronger level of expertise when evaluating how much packing a box needs when it is shipped to properly protect the contents there in. Sometimes you’re lucky to get a glance from employees let alone courteous service. Kris not only acknowledged and assisted me with my expressed needs, he also educated me to better my future experiences!”
“I used to be able to walk to the post office. Now it is just a short drive away in their new building. Staff is still extremely friendly, as well as carrier to my home. Would have been 5 star review, but building designer did not install a “drive-up” mailbox outside at the new building (as they had one at the old building). You have to park and get out of your car to go deposit mail into the outside box (troublesome if you have a physical disability). Just a little more “user friendly” and convenient with a drive-up drop box.”
“Always go here. Decent people. Always clean. Service is usually quick and for the most part they offer free envelopes for me to put my money order in for when I’m dropping it off.”

“I don't get some of the reviews here, people seem to complain about the most petty things. They've always been good to me. I've had a couple issues or missing items across the years but they were always helpful in finding them and everything typically got resolved. I stick with USPS because even if the prices have gone up, the price still can't be beat from competitors in most cases. Thank you!”
