“Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”

“Amazing service by Humayun. Me and my wife switched from Metro due to service issues. We are old and are not technology oriented Metro people were not at helpful. We switched to cricket . Humayun helped us out of the box . He taught us the usage of phone very comfortably. Now we can do video call to our son far away from us. Humayun made us fan of cricket. Great experience. We highly recommend to go to South hills village cricket.”
“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”
“I stopped by the GME GameStop at South Hills Village Mall, and honestly, it was a great experience. The store is well-organized and has everything you’d expect—games, consoles, collectibles, all of it. The staff were super helpful, too. I asked about a game I couldn’t remember the name of, just described it as ‘something with dragons,’ and they immediately knew what I meant and even gave me a couple of suggestions.
It’s not just about the products; the vibe is great, like they actually care about gamers. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just grabbing a gift, it’s definitely worth checking out. Solid spot.”

“Sometimes smart phones can be difficult for older folks. My mom recently had an issue that we thought was a virus. We took it to Angela and Ben at the T-Mobile store and they figured out what it was and made the necessary fixes. Those two employees were diligent, honest and I am beyond appreciative in an extremely frustrating situation. They are the best! Thank you Angela and Ben.”

“On 4/5 I was helped by a wonderful person (Sui/Siu (apologies I don’t recall how their name was spelled,)) who was super kind, personable, and knowledgeable about iPhones and answered a ton of questions for me. On 4/6 I went in to buy a new phone and Emily was just as amazing. They answered every question I had with 100% confidence and got me set up and out the door with no issues at all.
These people need a raise and a vacation; because of employees like them I will always go to Best Buy for my tech purchases. Thank you!”

“Edited to add: the manager below contacted me and made this right. Thank you, up a few stars. Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”
