I've been in line at the pharmacy for 30 minutes. The child at the counter is clearly flustered and has helped 2 customers. He's yelled at the line, which is half way across the store, to back up twice. Moist of the people in line are older and really shouldn't be yelled at by a kid. How has management not schedule more help at evening rush hour. UPDATE After an hour I did not get my prescription cause it wasn't in stock. The shift manager wouldn't do anything and the store manager didn't care either. Called corporate and they gave me bonus cash. All around a horrible experience. UPDATE 2 Called corporate customer service. They're solution was to apologize and give me "Bonus Bucks". They offered to have someone call me in the next 5 days. So they didn't help and further disrespected my time, 5 days? Thank you Rite Aide for suggestion I contact customer support. I already have and and totally unsatisfied and just as mad as I was in line. I'm totally disappointed that no one cares how bad this store is doing or that a lot of your customers are waiting their valuable time.

I ve been getting my medications here, when living here since the store was built. It was..was the best! Clean, well stocked, great sales, great location, and plenty of parking. However, the the thing that kept locals coming back over and over again, like me, was the staff. You could feel comfortable talking with them. They took the time to listen give you suggestions and actually step out and show you where items could be found. The knowledge, the common sense you could count on. More? Oh yes! The new the community and what was going on in our town. They new the families by name, they remembered to ask things important to us. Always a smile maybe just a wave. The biggy people behind their desks just don't get it. You must realize that you are not paying attention to us, the people of New Cumberland who count on them and trust them with our health, our children's health. I'm on several medications some require a limit on amounts and refill dates. So they can't be delivered. I'm handicapped and don't have transportation other than Rabbit Transportation and only on Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday. No drive thru, pick up in one hour. I have called and written Corporate several times. Not more help, just less open hours. I have not been able to get my prescriptions and have run out completely. I took Rabbit to check because nobody answered the phone. I found out when I got there the pharmacy was closed. The suggestions given were to go to another RA they could fill them. How do I get there? I'm on the verge of a ER visit. Who will pay for that? You took on the responsibility of supplying our medications. RA can not be trusted. You are jeopardizing our health. You have ruined the beautiful personalities of your staff. Bottom line. Either you go away and let someone get things back to normal OR we will go away. Until then we will fight to keep our store and our Rite Aide Staff. The only good reviews you've gotten were not locals. may you never have to rely on medications to live quality life. God Bless

Upper management should immediately take down the walk-in Covid appointment sign . This location is stressed out to the max and cannot handle one more thing !!!!!! Pharmacy so overwhelmed that they can't handle a simple covid shot . I feel bad for employees . *****typical out of touch management response ****

I have lived in New Cumberland since February and began using this location for prescriptions and other items, Almost every time I come in this store, They don't have a cashier behind the register, they are stocking shelves or something, but they're nowhere to be found. On many occasions, I have waited more than 5 minutes before the cashier recognized someone is in line. Today, I was treated like garbage by a pharmacy rep, because she wanted to charge me for a prescription that my medical assistance (medicaid) insurance covered. I was charged on Monday as well, but didn't have my card so was told to bring the card (not the receipt) and they'll issue the refund. Well I was told different today, but at least I was not charged for the prescription. I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER RITE AID AGAIN. I've already taken them off as my pharmacy from my PCP website, Don't waste your time here
