Kelcey Oesterling always does a good job with little bear. Teg's also gives your pup a holiday themed bandana for the special occasion. I've been very happy with their groomers and would definitely recommend to any locals looking to get a bath or clipping. They get the knots out and have ample space for the dogs.

I have a small dog that I took there twice to get groomed. The first time was very good and ,they did a great job,however the second time my little one was returned to me limping .Not even sure what happened, but I dont take chances of any kind with her ,She has cancer and deserves to be treated with the best care not manhandled .Also had a scarf tied tightly around her neck .last time they gave her bows .They should be careful who they hire I think .Some people pretend to like animals but don't .

There are several pet grooming businesses that are closer for us but, Teg's is worth the extra travel. The staff is skilled, friendly and "customer-focused" which is difficult when the human customer drives & the dog customer needs the service (wash, haircut, nail trim, etc.). The staff listens to owners & earns the trust of canines in their temporary possession. Scottish terriers can be stubborn & "uncooperative". Ours always leaves Teg's well-groomed, clean & happy. Like many dog breeds, Scottie's have remarkable memories, especially when it comes to "bad experiences". These memories can cause "reluctance to enter" on return visits. Happy to say we have never seen that behavior with Teg's. Competitive prices + talented staff + happy puppy = repeat customer. WOOF!

I wish I could give zero stars. the owner is a nasty person. I witnessed someone come in to have their dog bathed and when he arrived he mentioned that his dog had fleas. she humiliated him in front of other customers and then continued to talk about him after he left in front of everyone. they also were very judgmental when I brought my dog in with long nails and my other dog was not easy to groom because he has bad anxiety. i would never trust these people especially the owner with my dogs.
