In the beginning of October, I had him repair my car because every couple of days I needed a boost. He changed the alternator and flushed out the cooling system and charged me $666 telling me the battery did not need replacement. A week or so later the car wouldn't start. I called him numerous times week after week leaving messages. He never returned my calls. The final message was a day before Thanksgiving. I finally gave up and reported him to the BBB and the Attorney General's Consumer protection. His response was to tell the BBB that my car smelled like urine and it was infested with rodents. When he returned the car to me, he never said anything about urine or rodents. The case with consumer protection is still pending. I finally could afford to have my car towed to another mechanic ( I am on Social Security). This new mechanic changed my battery. I asked him if the car smelled like urine or if there were any signs of an infestation. He answered NO to both questions. Now my car starts up easily, even in the freezing weather. It seems to me that all I needed was a battery change and not those expensive repairs. Is that why he never called me bak?

Everything this shop does is questionable at best and never on time. Have given them multiple chances and thousands of dollars of work. All they do is play games and make excuses.

They couldn't diagnose my car, buy they tried. Very helpful, very understanding, willing to accommodate. I will definitely use them again.

I wouldn't recommend this mechanic to anyone!! Only does absolute bare minimum but is sure to keep your car for weeks!Do not give them your service!
