“I had a passport photo taken at the Union Deposit store that wasn’t done correctly and when I tried to submit it digitally so was told it wouldn’t be accepted. I called that store and they said “that’s how they always are, but you can come back to have it retaken…”. I called the Camp Hill store and spoke with Ash who was very helpful and friendly, she told me that shouldn’t be how the digital photos look. She told me I could come to their store and have it retaken free of charge. I got there and June knew exactly what I was there for, took the photo and processed it in no time. Greatly appreciate everyone at this store, they went out of their way to fix a problem that wasn’t one they made!”

“Why is it that my daily Mail isn't delivered till after 5pm.I lived my house for 38 years and mail service to Herman Ave Lemoyne Pa is shameful the carrier puts mail below mailbox not in the mailbox the past several years only gets worse.Am I in the whenever it gets there. Postal service is a disgrace to the city.I am 74 years old and service is poor. I am not a second class person. Only want what others are getting mail from 9 am to 5 pm. It's been as late as 8-9 pm in winter or not at all

“I am a regular customer of the UPS Store on Cumberland Parkway. I send all of my business/notary UPS overnights through them , as well as any packages I ship off to my adult kids. I stopped using USPS for most non-letter-size mailings and use this store particularly, because they have NEVER lost a package, and packages always arrive on time or early. The owner and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and cheerful, and possess all the small town goodness and professionalism I need to expect when I'm entrusting my valuable packages to a shipping company. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!”
“The worst I was hoping for has happened. I planned my moving and lot of other stuff based on this delivery and right on the day before the scheduled delivery, these guys postponed it. I had to cancel all my other plans at the very last minute just because of this.
Update - I got so many follow up emails/calls and my order was delivered eventually. Thank you for the follow up.”

“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”
