“Big, bright, and very clean store. Fully stocked with all sorts of goodies. I do agree with the other reviews - always always have to wait 10-20 minutes to pick up prescriptions inside - they have 4-6 people milling around but only 1 pharmacist and I always have to wait for them to approve it or ask a question. But I discovered DRIVE UP which is much faster and they don't seem to have as many people in front of me and not as many questions. Go to the right when you drive in, and go behind the store. Sure cuts down on my frustration - I can sit in my car in air conditioned splendor and check my emails while I wait 1-2 minutes for my meds to appear on a little tray that slides out of the wall. Finally, someone realizes how to serve the princess that I am. sometimes they even put in a little biscuit for the dog. OH! Also! If you sign up for their 'reward' card & emails, they send out about 1 email a week with a coupon for 40-50% off one regularly priced item. Zantex? Fancy shampoo? Suntan lotion? Bag of Candy? Even a fan for my office -- got them all 40% off in the past month.”

“A great experience everytime we go. Super friendly, helpful staff in all departments. The minute clinic makes getting vaccines a breeze. The coupons and bonus points really add up quickly and pay off big time. So glad they're close by!”

“Giant has been the best pharmacy I've ever had. My insurance requires me to use mail a order pharmacy, but when I need an urgent prescription I have historically gone to rite aid. I always felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Over the past few years their service has declined to the point where they were closed for multiple days without warning and I couldn't get urgent prescriptions. That's when I decided to try Giant. I never realized how poor rite aid's customer service was until I started coming to Giant. Everyone has been so kind and my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. I don't have to worry that I won't be able to get my medication, or that I'll be treated rudely. This review isn't meant to put down another pharmacy, but the difference in treatment and service is so clear that I will never change pharmacies again!”
