Very dissatisfied with the service of this place, I was towed by the tow truck to take me to the workshop where they are based and the service is terrible, they charge you until they laugh and the staff is very rude just by seeing that you are Latin, lack of communication And the most unfortunate thing is when they tell you that the work is done, you walk out the door and your truck shows up with the same thing. In short, I do not recommend this place to anyone else who has a problem on the road. The situation is very unfortunate when you call them and communicate. that the work they did was of no use and that the truck was left as it was, in short you lose your money just because they want to, fatal experience

I never thought there were such bad people on this earth, this trailer shop and all those who work there are thieves and scammers, they take good parts from your truck to order them and then they sell the ones they take from you, their prices are outrageous and they have no mercy on anyone, communication with the customer is terrible, they don't tell you anything in order to rob you, I remind those people who need roadside assistance to be very careful with this company, they are thieves and the work they do is broken again the next day and when you ask they tell you that they don't guarantee the work and it's too late because you were robbed.

Steve arrived promptly and was helpful beyond belief. He took great care with getting the vehicle loaded and followed up with pictures when he dropped it off at its destination.

If I could give this place negative Stars I would the worst place you could ever deal with I would not do business with these people they towed my car and tried to charge me $500 to get my clothes out of it these are pathetic people

Broke down on way to pinchot gifford campground, Blew a tire 2nd in 2 days they came out took rims & put 2 new tires on late on a Saturday. Took it in they replaced rest first thing Monday morning. Fabulous service. Everyone was helpful, & polite. Thank you all who were there to help. Camper pulls so much better. Trip was great. Again if you need a good shop these guys are great ??
