Fradulent Buisness pmease check reviews on BBB as enty of us peopl have been scammed by this buisness, they have been reported and please do your research, thay are shipping out empty boxes to customers and taking their money, I have uploaded pictures and videos to the BBB website as well as plenty others! Again this is a FRAUD!

Don’t waste your time!!! I called customer service said they had 63 boxes of the ammunition I needed so I placed order of 50 boxes. They said it would ship in 2 business days a week rolls on and still haven’t shipped and finally told me after a we they only had 17 boxes is why it hadn’t shipped. So basically lied to me to get my money and now I’m waiting for my money to return not to mention a few hours after placing my order my card got hacked and that had been the only charge on that card for several days

Long story short, I was charged for an item that was not in stock. Wrong on my end for not looking at their reviews and realizing they are known for doing this with online orders. $350 was taken out of my account immediately and I had to call multiple times to finally get my refund and confirmation email on the cancellation. Would not recommend ordering online and if you do then call ahead of time and make sure whatever you’re ordering is in stock. Not going to be shopping here anymore

Placed an order for a muzzle device. Card was charged immediately. I was sent no email and not communicated with at all. I looked on their website for a CS number to call, the 800 number has a busy tone and doesn’t work. I had to dig and find an alternate number for them. I got a hold of the CS lady today and I explained the situation. She then proceeded to ask for my order number. Once again I reiterated that I didn’t receive an email and can’t give her that info. After giving her my info, she find my order and then says it’s out of stock and won’t ship for 2 months.Moral of the story: stay away from ordering from this company. I should have read reviews prior to ordering but the fact that they even employ a CS rep is a joke. I’m not sure what her days entail considering they don’t even notify their customers if out of stock items or update their website with the correct inventory or contact information.Would give 0 star is I could

(Online Order) Placed an order on Feb 4th 2023 for a firearm, uploaded all required documents. Feb 6th called to verify all documents were in order was advised it would ship Feb 7th. On Feb 9th no shipping information was provided so called them back. I was then advised it would be 90-120 days as the item was not in stock. Was told they don't update inventory Online. I asked to cancel the order. Told it would be up to 5 business days before my money was returned, which is funny it took them 5 seconds to take it. Won't do business with them again. So warning if you purchase online.

I can’t speak for the in store experience but I can say that my experience ordering from Atlantic Tactical has been terrible. It seems they have no problem charging you for a payment but won’t answer phone calls, emails, or messages. Their customer service is non existent. It’s been 11 days since I placed my order and my status is still “awaiting fulfillment”. I’m sure I’m not the first or last person that will have issues with this company. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Charged my credit card immediately; a week goes by and then they email me to say the item is out of stock and ask if I would like a refund. I reply yes. Two days later I get another email that my order has been refunded. I check my credit card account, and the business has not issued the refund.

Ordered ammo 23 months ago, yes almost two years. Had two separate orders, called multiple times throughout the two years, never could get an estimate of when it would be in stock. Finally gave up, canceled order and waited on refund, nothing came, called 4 times over two months and kept getting the same excuse, it’s going to be processed this Thursday, took me two months and finally got a check that was wrong, they kept all my shipping charges. During my conversations I was promised I’d receive some of my shipping cost since I didn’t get 81 boxes, I did receive 6 boxes, they owe me my shipping. Stay away from this company. Buyers Beware.

Atlantic Tactical offers lots of services and products from most of the reputable manufacturers. Prices are comparable to other stores, but their knowledgeable staff and great selection are what make me want to shop at Atlantic Tactical.

I ordered two pair of shorts in mid July. I’ve emailed a few times to be told they are on back order. It’s sad I have to initiate contact. They should keep customers up to date on orders without being asked. It’s Sept 18 and still no shorts or correspondence from them. I pursuing a refund.
