They thankfully had the tire size I needed in stock as calling around to other places. I was able to purchase it quickly on a Friday evening but they didn’t have time to install it to replace a punctured tire. Got the tire mounted and installed somewhere else to get back on the road.

The guy who helped me was very nice. My oil change didn't take long at all considering they were very clearly GROSSLY understaffed!Service: Oil change

Had to come to walmart auto center in a little bit of a rush. Had a tire that I kept putting off replacing, and it blew on me last minute (right before work.) I then went to this location and they told me they would put the tire on for me (being it was in stock) and put it on for me. Very polite and stressed about being short staffed. Very well appreciated the young girl that was a mechanic!

I asked them to tell me if they see any issues while changing my oil and they did on the print out.

We had a tire warranty and they didn’t have the part to replace the air valve. We eventually had to go to another tire garage to get it fixed. The employee was horribly unprofessional and complained about using the computer to check us in and out the entire time. Just a horrible experience and a waste of 2 hours of our time.

Rudely said it would take 3 hours for an oil change. There were two cars being worked on.

I was forced to make an appointment when I showed up without an appointment. However, when I arrived at my appointment time, they accepted 2 walk in customers despite all appointment slots on their calendar being filled in. I was made to wait behind one of those who didn't make an appointment and it was 4:20 by the time they even got me checked it. They are very slow, there is no communication between mechanics or counter personnel, no one has any clue what is going on. I was told a tire repair and oil change would only take about an hour, yet it is 5:45 p.m. (been here since 4pm) and theyre just getting started on the tire repair. I did schedule for 2 tire repairs yet had to cancel one due to the wait. When I asked what the hold up was, I was told that the compressor went down at noon and they got behind, yet I didn't receive any courtesy calls letting me know they were running an hour behind schedule. I would have canceled the appointment had I been notified. I was supposed to leave at 5:30pm, at the absolute latest, to make it to a 6pm appointment elsewhere. Because of the negligence and carelessness of Wal-marts employees, I will now be forced to pay a non-refundable fee of $35 for missing the 6pm appointment. So, now my oil change and tire repair are costing me 80$ instead of $45 & I guarantee they don't give any discounts for the inconvenience or incentive for me to return. If they do, I will edit this post.

Incompetant is the word. They don't answer their phone. They can't answer simple automotive questions. And the wait is rediculously long. Don't go to these clowns unless you want problems.

Understaffed, broken machinery waited almost 2 hours, it would have been at least another hour before they got to my tire repair. Went across the street to Sears auto to have my tire repaired. In and out in about 15 minutes.

They don't answer their phone. They always have long waits, but when you walk in the bays aren't full and you see like 3 techs. They really need to reevaluate their staffing needs.
