I stopped in to check out phones because my girlfriend broke her phone, and the associate Mike was very nice, knowledgeable about all the products, and very helpful with all of our questions and concerns...ended up adding a new phone onto my plan and left with a cool new phone...I will be returning soon for another thank you guys!! If you go to this store ask for Mike

Employee did NOT reset the phone I traded in. The new phone owner got ALL of my personal information off of it, and especially bad, all of my online banking information, like saved passwords, etc.. I had to open a fraud report with the government over it!
