I purchased a Jon Boat from here and asked the employees and manager where the paperwork was that comes with the boat since you need a MSO to register it. They all said nothing comes with the boat and they have been selling them for years and nothing comes with them. After getting denied trying to register the boat I went online to their website and it clearly says the retailer needs to fill out the MSO when selling the boat and provide it to the customer. I called them back and spoke to the manager and once again was told I was wrong. I stopped at another TSC and spoke to their manager who pointed out they blatantly lied to me because it is indeed required to provide and fill out the MSO. So I had to return and repurchase the boat so the manager at the cranberry store could complete the MSO. MORAL OF THE STORY THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE INCOMPETENT & DISHONEST

I purchased a pallet of Cheat River Hardwood Pellets for my pellet wood stove. These are the worst pellets I have ever used! I would not recommend them to anyone! They are a very dirty burn and clog the ash pot causing the wood burner not to ignite. The ash pot needs cleaned twice a day. Other pellets I have used require cleaning the ash pot after 4 or 5 - 40 pound bags. Do not buy these! You cannot count on getting heat when needed.

Usually shop at the Chippewa location but I was in the new castle area and decided to shop that store. Came to realize the prices are a lot more at new castle. Not just a dollar or two more but way more. For example my bird feed was $6 more a bag. Pine shavings, cat food, water softener salt all more than the Chippewa store. When I asked why their prices were so much higher they said because Chippewa was near a rural king and new castle doesn’t have any competition so they can charge more. Well I left and I’ll make sure I go to Chippewa now or maybe rural king

Hi tractor and supply are wonderful to deal with! Josh M the store manager came over to make a pickup himself on a holiday! I had to make a return and they was very wonderful to take it back and refund me! Thank you very much! Staff and managers was very friendly to deal with!

nice store, but a little disappointed with the pet clinic, this was the first time i brought my 10 month old puppy there, and the line was backed up, the vet is only there 1 day a week from 1-2:30 which is crazy to me, they should have a vet on saturday and sunday and maybe from like 1-5, so that way you don’t have a line almost to the door on saturday bc the vet is only there for an hour and a half! and i also think, they should have you stay in the car with your dog, and they call you when it’s ur turn, my dog loves other dogs and was going crazy wanting to play with all of them, it was just to much for her so i had to leave!! they just need to have a better system!

I love tractor supply! I always find something new and something interesting this. This time I got wind chimes, I had to go back and get more I love anything to do with Red shed. They are always very helpful.
