“Great cigar bar. Large selection, quality humidor and a unique atmosphere. It's BYOB also and all the staff are super friendly. One thing to note is there is no bathroom, so be prepared. But that's on Volant. The board in Volant prohibit any type of external bathroom. But box car is working on it.”

Walk up to the main counter and state your intentions. If you're looking for some new sticks just let them know and you'll be escorted into the "cage" where a wonderful world of cigars awaits. The customer service has always been fantastic and kindness will be met with kindness.
