I was told that Amy Turk is the go-to person in New Castle for screen printing T-shirts. I have several designs underway (still early) but she was so highly recommended I couldn't go anywhere else!Update: absolutely no bad surprises in the first two visits!

I ordered and paid for my daughter's letterman jacket 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. The only answer I'm getting everytime I call is, "We'll call you when it comes in" I even told them, if it's the embroidery that is what is taking so long, I can get that done elsewhere. The gentleman's response was, "But can you really?" What the heck? Do better!

We ordered merchandise for my son's junior tackle football team. The merchandise was weeks late. When we finally received it, it was only half of our order. I then had to call several times and finally I received a text saying my merchandise is in.
