We were promised another key for our vehicle. Of course it has been one excuse after another on why we don't have the extra key. We just purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma from another dealership because this dealership didn't send us what we were promised. I can't stand a person or a company that lies i was also told that this salesperson lies to his customers all the time. Don't get your vehicle from them since they don't care if they lie to their customers.

Gets parts fast, decently priced, and less headaches, wondering if it's the correct part.

Awful experience. I bought a car on the condition that 4 repairs be done and a working key fob be provided. I was told in sales that they would do these things if I bought the car. I paid by check, in full. The car was delivered without ANY of the repairs done. I called and was told I had to bring it back to them. I live 1 1/2 hours away. I did that. They fixed 2 things, and one of them stopped working when the car was brought back to me, the driver told me. No remorse. I was told I should have bought an extended warranty. I didn't purchase that because I was assured the repairs would be done and the new key fob wouldn't be a problem. So, 2 repairs not done at all, 1 needs repaired again, and still no key fob. If that isn't enough, they argued with me about it all! Alex was the only nice person. Numerous calls were unanswered. The service manager kept in touch with me, but still no repairs were done. And then even he sent me a text concerning my review saying that it wasn't services fault and I gave a 'misguided response'. DO NOT GO HERE!! It will cost me approximately $1500 to get this car done somewhere else. I thought if I paid cash it would be an easy deal, but once they got my money, they didn't care anymore. Very sad to treat customers this way.

Do not buy a car from this dealership. The service sucks can't replace a brake light or fog light properly. Lies about work they do to the cars they sale. Staff look like they may do drugs.

Never go for any type of service again. All they want to do is take your money. Wanted to charge me $79 for a cabin air filter, I bought one online for $11.95. Try to get you to buy things that you do not need. Make an appointment for 8AM oil change and they tell you it will be about an hour, 11:30 you're still waiting. I will drive to Elwood City from now on.

Preston was the only dealership within 200 miles that had an available 4Runner in the color and model I wanted. I inquired online and Ty contacted me right away. Living 3 hours away, Ty gave me all the instructions/guidance to get the loan started over the phone to secure the 4Runner before driving all that way. He was in constant contact throughout the day. Once I got to the dealership the next day, all I had to do was the financial paperwork and I was all set. Buying a car is a stressful process, especially these days, and I was very happy with my experience! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Rick Dierfield! He got me into a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with no problems! He calmed all my worries and concerns with buying a vehicle by myself for the first time! My family swears by him! He is very up front and honest and I would recommend him as the sales guy to go to for anyone who knows what they want and wants to get it done quick and correctly!

Went to buy in cash a vehicle from them that was listed at 19k. While on test drive we asked to get us a cash / out the door price when we got back. To our surprise, the price given to us was more than the listed price by over $1,000. When asked why, the sales manager Allison Brown said and I quote "We raise all our prices up every Saturday." Our sales rep just went along as well "Yeah every Saturday we do it." I'm highly suspicious at this point. Our rep was not prepared and unorganized. Sales manager was completely unprofessional and spoke as if I was completely ignorant and have never bought a car before. But after months of searching and research this was the car we wanted and ended up buying the car but had to triple check all the numbers to be safe. There where other reps there that seemed polite and professional like our finance manager handling our paper work Anthony Jafelice was pleasant. The bright side is that we found the car we wanted but the experience of so doing it at this dealership was barely and I mean "BARELY" worth it. These people have to remember, not everyone coming there to buy a car is buy a car for the "first time". BUT if this was the first time I ever bought a car and this was my experience, I'll go to Carvana next time. I've had tremendously more courteous experiences at a Wendy's drive-thro.

If I could rate this dealership any lower than a 1-Star, I certainly would. Preston Toyota of New Castle does not lead by their statement, "We aim to be more than a dealership. We aim to be a pillar of the community with a positive local impact." The only thing that I can see that this dealership "aims to do" is to take advantage of the elderly and accuse them of fraud. My father and his wife purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry with 14,000 miles on it in September 2020. The Camry supposedly was "inspected" (I use that term loosely) in August to "pass" state inspection. They had driven less than 300 miles on those tires when my father was sitting in the vehicle waiting for his wife to finish a doctor's appointment when a bystander at a doctor's appointment walked by and got his attention and stated, "that the steel belts were showing. My father got out of the car, and both gentlemen looked at the tires. All four tires were in terrible condition and were extremely dangerous to drive on."There is NO WAY that the tires on that vehicle at the time of purchase were the same tires that passed "inspection" in August. When my father and wife took the Camry back to the dealership, the employees were not only rude but insisted that they "must have driven pretty far." for the tires to be in that condition. The odometer proved differently. The comments continued to be snotty; the employees told them that tires were not covered under warranty and had the audacity to accuse my father and wife of changing the tires. It would appear that an employee decided that the rims and tires that were initially on the Camry were nice, and no one would know the difference if they swapped them to these death trap tires after the Camry "passed inspection." To add insult to injury, the dealership employees offered my father and his wife the option of purchasing three new tires and getting the fourth tire free as their "solution." It sounds like a good scam they have going on at Preston Toyota. I DO NOT Recommend ANYONE to use this dealership, and if you do, BUYER BEWARE!! I will continue to write negative reviews on every social media platform and file a BBB report until this matter is corrected to my father and his wife's satisfaction. My father and his wife may not have the strength or means to fight a "well-known" dealership, but I do, and I refuse to allow them to be taken advantage of or any other elderly person for that matter.

If minus stars was an option I'd use that. It was an extremely unsatisfying experience that continues today- I was told my vehicle had a 3rd row, it does not. 4 months later I still don't have a license plate (Preston says it's due to COVID but according to the state- not the problem)- need an out of state plate and the person in charge of that has very much dropped the ball. I've called over 15 times and the reasoning continues to change. Just completely dissatisfied with this experience. Encouraged by my sales person (same guy who told me 3rd row was in my 4Runner) to write a review so here it is. SHOP ELSEWHERE TO WALT- odd you want me to contact you now, I've left 3 messages for you and you didn't think it was important enough to return those calls.

My boyfriend went in for an oil change and they also did 2 recalls that needed done on his 2019 toyota. Took 2 hours and everyone working were very unprofessional, not to mention we showed up with a newborn baby and had to hear their conversations about "whore houses" and guys horse playing instead of working on the damn cars. A couple days of having the car home, sport mode stopped working, traction control stopped working, and the car didn't seem to drive right at fast speeds on the highway. Gave them a call and they denied that any of these problems could have been from them and they couldn't look at the car for another 2 weeks, after demanding to talk to a manager they told him he could get in on that Thursday (today). My boyfriend arrives to the location and notices they have never returned his registration. He goes in and they told him that they didn't have enough technicians today so he can wait around all day and they can get to his car when they get to it, COMPLETELY DISREGARDED HIS APPOINTMENT, and told him oops they must have lost his registration and he can come back Monday and they'll see what they can do. Couldn't have had a worse experience at this location and wouldn't recommend anyone taking their car here. We are contacting our lawyer and making sure something gets done about what happened.
