The best!! Josh Fleegle, and Paul Makarevich took care of me in sales, and got me into a supppper sick Jaguar.
It was truthfully the best car buying experience of my life. They explained everything to me, even taught me a few new things.
No pressure, and they are only there to help.
In finance Nick Sormaz had us through the paperwork and out the door - smooth.

I brought my CPO 2019 Honda Civic in for a fuel pump replacement due to a recall and an oil change. I picked my car up from the dealership afterwards and all the paint on driver side mirror was chipped and bubbled as if someone spilled some kinda chemical on it. I was told that they weren’t responsible and that it showed up like that. I was not shown the camera footage despite asking for it. I bought this car from them over a year ago and put less than 4000 miles on that car in a year. It sits in a garage for most of the day. A employee told me that he would order 2 new skull caps for the mirrors, but I would be responsible for paying for one of them. I had a great experience buying my car, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Russell in Sales was outstanding on every detail-from start to finish-bright, courteous, efficient and patient with all my questions, putting together the best deal with ease that I have ever experienced! Cody was also outstanding showing me the options of 10 year wrap around insurance, and patiently answered all of my questions-also creating a great package deal! Both Russell and Cody are exceptional at their professions and certainly are an asset to Preston Honda! Most straightforward deal I’ve ever had at a dealership. The guys were easy to deal with, no pressure and no garbage add-ons or dealer “fees” with my deal including trade-in. I drove over an hour to Preston to buy my Passport based on their website and initial contact on the phone with Russel in sales. I would highly recommended Preston Honda and wouldn’t hesitate to buy there again.

To be blatantly honest, we've officially bought 8 cars from them and wouldn't of had it any other way. The fact that a dealership goes above and beyond their job to find the right car for you. Whether you're shopping on a budget or all bets are off. They will find the right fit for you! Not that Honda dealerships need any help with selling their cars, but I wouldn't leave this one off of your visit list when in the market for a vehicle. There is a reason why we keep coming back, and that's because of the customer service they offer. Literally above and beyond their job titles. Buying a car can be a hassle, so why not go to THE dealership with the best customer service we've ever seen. We've been to other dealerships and they all have lacked in some form or fashion.

Everyone was nice to deal with. Unfortunately on the way home the vehicle died and left us stranded due to a bad battery. It’s hard for me to believe this was not a problem before purchasing considering what was “inspected” or “replaced” during the pre sale service.

2024 Honda Civic LX, This dealership is in my hometown and it was probably one of the easiest Transactions to buy a car.. Technology has come a long way.
Getting pre-approved and filling out paperwork before you get to the dealership and make sure your car insurance has new information for the new car. It was a no-brainer and literally took 30 minutes to complete at the dealership. My sales consultant Bill was really helpful and sweet and kind. I do recommend doing your homework going on the website To find the car that you want and always calling to see what they have on their lot. One more thing love my car..
