Dropped my car off at 10a, no one calls me all day, at 5:30p I show up looking for it, there's no one around. I finally chase someone down in the actual service shop and he finds my car OUTSIDE. He calls someone, who calls me but he has no real clue what's going on but promises to call in the am. Since I have to go back to get my key, I just show up. When I do, the nice young lady has to listen to my rant about how poorly you all handled my transaction. She goes to find the manager and he refuses to come and talk to me and makes her do it. You charge me $106, you left my car outside, you close the service shop, for the day, without even a call and then charge me over 100 $ and could not tell me anything about the check engine light. O'Reilly Auto Parts did in less then 5 minutes. Pathetic! That's the last $'s you'll ever see from me and I'll tell anyone who will listen how poorly I was treated!

I would like to start by saying the 3 of you: Alexander Pherson, Robb Grinnen and Laura Frederickson are 3 awesome sales people. My experience with you 3 was totally amazing. I will recommend anyone that I know to your dealership and tell them to ask for you three. Would like to say I love me Jeep. Thanks again. The Grossman’s

Sadly a rating a one simply bc of the SERVICE department. Salesmen there are fantastic but the service side lost my business. Feel bad for the salesmen bc I can't imagine how many people they loose bc of service. No proper follow up on car. Don't even try calling when they open at 730am bc you can get through till 9 then good luck actually getting someone to answer the phone. Service advisor Promised incorrect pricing. Promised incorrect timing on when I'd get the car back. Then no return calls to see what's going on with car. Kept it a whole extra day and lost time at work bc of it But they don't care about that. Service Manager is rude and talks over you then accuses you of yelling. Actually stated 'why would I help you' plenty of other places to get service that will get my business now.

Buying a vehicle here was a pleasant, stress-free experience. My saleslady Laura and finance lady Branigan were very nice and did a great job! It was particularly helpful to have the tech set up and explained since it is complicated on these new vehicles.

Horrible….My 2022 Jeep went in for an inspection and didn’t pass due to a recall..have called several times and either get disconnected or once you finally talk to someone they say they’ll call before the end of the business day and never do. Not to mention it took a week of back and fourth to get a rental was told I would get a vehicle with 3rd row because it’s what I needed they told us it had 3rd row and it didn’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened with their service center.

Joe in service was excellent. He kept me updated during the day and the car was done sooner than expected. No hassles or waiting in the service department. I own numerous cars and will be switching to Preston for all my service needs.

Alexis and Rick Ferrari were awesome! The two of them worked together to get me a great deal on my 2023 Jeep Compass. I am very pleased with the sales experience.

After dropping my vehicle off for repairs it was impossible to get a hold of anyone for updates to start with. When you call you are either transferred to someone's mailbox and don't even consider leaving a message because I promise you will not receive a call back. If you are not transferred to a mail box the phone will ring about eight times then it just hangs up on you. Besides experiencing the worst communication I have dealt with doing business with a dealership. After two weeks and no progress on my vehicle I decided to have my truck towed to a different dealership when I arrive I was told a part was on back order so the dealership was trying to find another dealership with that part or wait for the dodge wearhouse to get the part they needed back in stock. After ten minutes I found the part myself at another dealership and was informed they have had this part in stock the whole time. Also I called the dodge wearhouse and they also had the part in stock, and had this part back in stock the last three days. After telling the technician I was going to have my truck towed somewhere else he informed me they could have it completed in two business days. This was the worst experience I have had with a service center and will not be recommending this service center or using this one ever again.

Everyone in service was nice, helpful, informative I do think they should have a bench or a couple chairs to sit on in the service area in case no service advisor is at their desk for a few minutes to help you and just so. I have much trouble standing, walking for a few minutes. It would be very helpful and useful for people with a walker who need a chair. Thank you.

Had a great experience purchasing our vehicleWith the exception waiting from 4 pm to after 6pm for a cash deal. The lady doing finance totally overwhelmed and was there alone. There is enough business done there to warrant a second person to process. She needs help

Poor service experience. Left my vehicle with them the day before my appt. Appt was at 9:30 am. No call, diagnosis, or Repair estimate until 2:18 that afternoon. Then couldn't tell me when it would be ready to pick up. Might not be ready until the next day....maybe around 11. A day and a half with nothing done. I picked my vehicle up the next morning and took it elsewhere...who completed the repair in 2 hours at hundreds of dollars less than this dealer. Buyer beware....this dealer is struggling to meet commitments.

Communication was non existent. I waited three weeks for my back-ordered part to come in. I understand there's nothing to be done about the backorder, however, I called Joe 4 times wondering about the status of the part/service after waiting two weeks with not one word from him. I left 4 messages that weren't returned. I called the other service writer once and left a message that wasn't returned. I finally stopped into the shop on week three to find out if any progress was made. Joe informed me the part was scheduled in the following day. My question is, if you knew the part was scheduled to be there, why wasn't I informed, and why didn't anyone set up an appointment to get the vehicle in to repair it? The repair was carrier bearings on my driveshaft. Had the bearings gone completely, more damage would have been incurred. That fact alone would lead me to believe you'd want to get the vehicle in as soon as the part became available to avoid any further damage. However, it was radio silence from your service writers. I dropped the vehicle off the night before service was due, and almost expected Joe to call me and at least acknowledge that he had started service, and when I could expect to have the service completed, that was asking too much obviously. I did not recieve any word until I called and asked to speak to Joe. When I did call, I was given to the female service writer whom informed me that Joe was working on my case, and she could not provide me with any information as Joe was on the other line, and he was the service writer on the case. That too should be something the dealership works on. Both of your writers should be able to offer information on any customer's service. The only reason I bring my vehicle to this dealership is for warranty work, and I live within walking distance of it. Had those factors not been there, I would not go to Preston Dodge to WASH my car.Preston's service team is HIGHLY lacking on communication skills and they do not make the process easy at all. The only bright spot to that dealership is their mechanic "Junior". He's the only one who seems to have his stuff together.Do better Preston.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs for service of a Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep. Had my dodge there three times & each time my experience was awful!! #1 Was in for warranty work (thermostat housing) was told two hour job made appointment & left the car all day. Returned next day at closing time & had to wait. Then get home & car is low on antifreeze. Back to the dealership for that. #2 took the car in for insurance body work & asked the service writer if they could do the recall on the car after the body work was completed. Service writer said no problem we can take care of that. Received a call saying the car was finished showed up to pick up car the recall work was not done. #3 Back to get all recall's done. Again was told two or three hr's work. So again leave the car for the day. Said they would start on it first thing next morning. Return next day at 4pm to be told your car is not ready! 45 minutes later car was finished & was not even offered a apology for the inconvenience. First inconvenience i let it go. Second time it's a problem. Third time it is definitely a big problem. They will not get a fourth chance! I will go out of my way to another dealership to avoid this dealership and I suggested you do the same! IF NOT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Vehicle towed there because of engine light and 2020 Ram running rough.I Arrived 2 days after vehicle was towed and they did not know of vehicle and where it was other than outside. We walked the lot to find it. Preston read codes and charged me 105.00.Was told that could or could not be the cause, but would start there. They would start by changing plugs. Price was double what the two other dealers in the area would charge. I called explained my concern about pricing which was 879.00 and offered to pay 500- 550 they said thats what they get for this service and would not adjust pricing. I paid my 105.00 for the code read which is ridiculous.Picked up vehicle and moved to the other RAM dealer. They got it in the same day and fixed the issues for under 525.00 total no charge for diagnostic’s.Service manager Joe was a good contact and he did follow up on each issue and texted update. Not his fault on pricing and issues.
