I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Preston in October. I worked with Alexis and she was able to help me out due to a dealership near by was jerking me around. We explained the situation to Alexis and she was able to get everything transferred to Preston auto! I am from Buffalo,NY and the car dealership worked with me all the way to make sure prices, DMV paperwork and taxes were all done correctly. Everyone was super nice and I was very happy to work with Preston Toyota! Thank you!

Had a recall on my jeep...brought it in...had to bring both vehicles cause I thought I'd be leaving the jeep only to get called back cause the color of the part they had here didn't match my jeep...so had to come back today and here we r again here and they told us 2 1/2 hrs and it's still not done....it's like no one knew the right information here....$80 in gas later to drive both vehicles 2 different days and we r sitting outside in the heat still waiting on our jeep to get done now!

They lie to sell you a car. Son and daughter in law purchased a van from them. It looked great, they asked them if it was a flood vehicle and they said no. He went to do the brakes. ( They had it for 3 months). The whole undercarriage is rusted. It all has to be replaced. They will lie to you and do it again to the next person. This is the kind of people you are dealing with at Preston Auto, and they have no problem sleeping at night. If you need to buy a vehicle used or new go to AUTO NATION.

I bought a Toyota Certified used 2017 Highlander from Preston Motors in Nov. 2022 and very shortly afterwards I noticed oil leaking from the rear differential onto my garage floor. I took it to Baierl Toyota in Cranberry because they are much closer to me than Preston in New Castle. Baierl Toyota told me the oil leak would not be covered under the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle warranty because the problem had been caused by a very careless mechanic at Preston Motors. The mechanic at Preston Motors had removed the oil plugs on the differential using an air chisel which totally mangled them, yet the same mangled oil plugs were then re-installed on my vehicle. Also this mechanic neglected to insert a crush washer onto the plug and this is what caused the oil leak. Mike Ward, the service manger at Preston, stepped up and admitted this problem was caused by Preston. He also agreed to pay Baierl Toyota's $188 bill to repair this problem, which was absolutely the right thing to do so I do give Preston Motors and Mike Ward credit for this. But Mike Ward also insisted that the mechanic there who had caused the problem IS ONE OF PRESTON MOTORS' BEST AUTO MECHANICS. Say WHAT?!!! By their own admission, Preston Motors' best auto mechanics do sloppy and careless work. That's important for you to know!!I will also note that Preston Motors did not offer to make me whole for my time and expenses in twice taking my vehicle to Baierl Toyota and for cleaning the leaked oil off my garage floor.

Brought my car to the collision center for repairs and I highly regret my decision. The repairs was twice as long as estimated. They failed to keep communication and dragged their feet. Once you finally get ahold of someone, they'll keep telling you "it'll be done next week" over and over again. After nearly a month of delays I can tell you that, I highly recommend you go elsewhere, anywhere.

I took one car for a test drive and the brakes were grinding. I would think that it should be standard procedure to make sure that the cars on their lot were checked for basic safety before allowing anyone to test drive them.

this company is way to money hungry extrema lazynes on cleaning there cars like new pre-owned with food and junk down in the sheets where that think no one will see it but as an actual dealer that takes pride in a clean car that has turned me a way from ever buying or referring them to the dealership I don't want a vehicle that still has food and garbage in it when I buy it this company needs to look at the condition of it's used inventory there is a serious lack of pride in there work when it comes to cleaning and detailing There vehicles I would go to any other dealer persoanaly
