I recently purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Preston. Laura Fredrickson was my sales consultant, she couldn't have done anything to make my buying experience better than what it was. From her initial phone call, to the last handshake before I pulled out, she made the whole process quick, smooth and painless! Alex, the finance manager was just as pleasant to work with. No high pressure tactics and they didn't make you feel as if you made a huge mistake if you didn't purchase a warranty or oil change package.

Retired lady here with a Buick which I BOUGHT new from Preston. I took it to Preston THREE TIMES, no answers.
Finally the fourth time they decided I needed a NEW BATTERY and a BATTERY CABLE for $550, which I had done and PAID FOR. Within a week I get a ''bonus coupon''' for ''recommendation of new battery and cable'' and a coupon for $50 REBATE over $500. So I called and no one knew how that worked since I had done it. Now, a month later I get ANOTHER coupon and same recommendation, so I call and service manager says I can use this in the future.
I would think a $50 rebate to an elderly woman who accepted a four-time-getting recommendation and paid cash the day of service should be given a coupon they want me to use ''THE NEXT TIME''.
Don't think there will be a next time. I call this poor service all around.

doesn’t answer the phone ever, and gives false time frames on when your vehicle will be ready, also said they had the parts ready for my vehicle to come in and did t actually have the part. not to mention they’ve had my car for over a month now after they told me it would be 6-8 days. and they were only to fix a fender bender in the body shop

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went through Preston. I don't want to ramble on here about the problems I'm having or bash the company but I am not at all satisfied. Tried reaching out with no response. I will never go through them again.

They are the best! I was lucky enough to deal with Alexis and Brandigan. So Professional and great! This girls helped me after the sale too just like promised! I came in as a Customer and left feeling like family !! Thank You again!!!

I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Preston in October. I worked with Alexis and she was able to help me out due to a dealership near by was jerking me around. We explained the situation to Alexis and she was able to get everything transferred to Preston auto! I am from Buffalo,NY and the car dealership worked with me all the way to make sure prices, DMV paperwork and taxes were all done correctly. Everyone was super nice and I was very happy to work with Preston Toyota! Thank you!

Had a recall on my jeep...brought it in...had to bring both vehicles cause I thought I'd be leaving the jeep only to get called back cause the color of the part they had here didn't match my jeep...so had to come back today and here we r again here and they told us 2 1/2 hrs and it's still not done....it's like no one knew the right information here....$80 in gas later to drive both vehicles 2 different days and we r sitting outside in the heat still waiting on our jeep to get done now!
