Used to be a great place for banking, however since moving the old staff there from the downtown branch that closed it is the worst. The staff are rude and unpleasant at all times. Looking to change banks as a result.

Excellent customer service. Came in to open a new account as Citibank closed my account and left me stranded. Dale went above and beyond in providing me a solution that saved my livelihood, career, and finances. He clearly cares about his customers. He also made me a new, loyal PNC customer in perpetuity!

Useless… I’ve been trying to open a new account for a week. I walked in and they weren’t able to accommodate me; which is “somewhat” understandable. So, I scheduled an appointment BUT sat in the lobby for 30 minutes unattended to; while someone who walked in after me was seen as soon as they walked in the door…AND there was a personal banker free at the time. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else for business. This place is an atm not a branch..

Never use the ATM to deposit cash here! It has eaten my bills without crediting my account 2 times now. The ATM is incredibly unreliable and glitchy. Avoid it at all costs.

Waiting in line in the bank for over ten minutes while male teller chitchats with male customer. How many kids do you have? I bought a house up here two years ago. I will talk to anyone as long as they share my politics. (This is ALL the teller speaking!!). I finally left as two female tellers walked in and out apparently both at the drive through - only one lane open.NOT going to visit this branch again. Disgraceful!!

It was awsome. The staff are so nice and always willing to help you out anyway they can. I love this bank and I'm so glad I left huntington, bank of america, and first national for them.
