Awesome experience start to finish! I purchased my first Harley from these folks. Billy and Nancy were genuinely great people and I loved working with them throughout my purchase. They were easy going and didn’t pressure me whatsoever. Dealer fees were fair and pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, nor would I hesitate if I recommended them to any friends or family.

I walked in to New Castle Harley-Davidson to look at a bike that I seen online. The sales team was very hospitable and knowledgeable I left with that motorcycle a couple days later. Great job! Go see Tanner. He's the man

Been to a lot of dealerships. Not always great experiences. New Castle is by far the best I've been to. Brandon in service and James in parts were great. Did a great job and saved me money!! Dealership is a good distance from where I live, but I won't go anywhere else!!

This place is amazing! They are so kind and generous. I drop my bike off about a month ago When I broke down ..they looked it over changed some parts ordered some. After it was done they really truly looked out for me because I bought my bike there, and I truly cannot be more blessed and grateful For what they did for me..and it’s not the first time!!! Thank you !!?? oh, and they also always do a good job on cleaning her up afterwards! Go check them out!

The woman upstairs not very friendly. also, I wanted to mention I bought a brand new road king off of the floor. I called up there when I needed a new back tire. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was upset because it was riding season so I ended up calling McMahon’s Harley Davidson it Beaver Falls, I talk to a guy name Bill he said to me can you ride the bike right now? I said yes sir he said bring it down when I got down there. They put me ahead of everyone. It didn’t take but a half an hour he said that is a safety issue and it should be addressed immediately before you ride that you should never ride on a bald back tire from that point on. I told him that he will be receiving all of my service from this point on full service all changes any problems with the bike they’re getting my business from now on, even though I bought the bike at Newcastle Harley it’s a shame that they did take care of their customers first when it was a half hour job so I was very disappointed and I never returned. Also, the price of the tire was around $40 less for the exact same tire. Thank you Bill thank you Ted which is my mechanic. Ted does a great job goes above and beyond taking care of my bike and I appreciate him very much kudos do you Ted you’re very professional and I appreciate you taking the time showing me pictures of what was involved with the work. Let’s see you guys some other dealership and get that kind of service I recommend McMahon’s Harley Davidson.
