Stay far away from this bank! Terrible customer service! I have been calling for weeks getting told they will call me back and never get a call. I spoke with Marsha yesterday who was supposed to have the manager call me back and still never got a call. They can do what they want with your money and not have to give you any explanation! My advice is to pick ANY other bank because you will not get any customer service with them!

I opened a checking account with Huntington online yesterday and I was told at work I needed a check to turn in so I can set up my direct deposit. I already filled out a direct deposit slip at work all I needed was a check. I went into the bank today to ask for a check and I was treated extremely rudely. I was told that there was no way they could give me a check and all they were required to give me was a direct deposit slip which I already filled out. How can a bank tell me that I can’t get checks for a checking account that I have with THAT bank?!

Generally friendly, helpful employees. However, I would like to know why there is only 1 drive thru lane open on a busy Friday afternoon? Bad enough that Huntington closed my branch, but now the next closest has this problem:(

Horrible customer service. Both ATMs out of service so everyone just waits in a line for nothing. I went inside to tell them and it was very apparent they don't care. 10 min+ waits everytime. Switch banks and go to PNC or Citizens where they care about their customers. I did and am very happy that I did.

make sure if you deposit anything it goes into YOUR account. they don’t like admitting they were wrong & they don’t care if YOUR funds are available to you or not.

I stopped in to cash a check. I was warmly greeted by 2 of the tellers. The service was fast and the staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and called me by name. They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.
