Absolutely horrible. Waited Two weeks for a response on my taxes after I dropped them off only to be told I would be called multiple times and then was never called. Finally after ME reaching out multiple times to see whats going on i was told to come to the office to talk about my taxes. It took them close to 20 minutes just to log in to the computer and another 10 minutes to ask me the same questions as before. After i was told to pay 185 and also that I don't have a tax return. I could of been told originally there is no point filing your taxes with us because it does not contain a return. After filing my taxes they were not accepted by the irs and I was contacted by the office to then go on the irs website myself and give them a code they need to enter so my taxes can "hopefully" be accepted. Will never use hr block again absolutely disappointed in my service and the 180 dollars I spent. I was going to file 3 tax returns but after having the 1st one butchered and the worst service imagined I decided to not continue with hr block.

Jody the manager is extremely rude. Likes to hang up on people,disrespectful, and once confronted about how my taxes were filed before, she insisted that it couldn’t have been done. Once I told it it could be done she stated that hr block couldn’t do that legally, I than asked, well then wouldn’t hr block be responsible for filing my taxes Fraudulently to the irs at least twice, she hung up me. Not professional in any form. Once she hung up on me she I called back to get the corporate number she thought she was cute and tried to play a game. Meanwhile I’m waiting on her boss to call me. ? and requested a copy on the phone call audio. Let’s see what happens next ☺️

I just showed up for my 6 o’clock appointment to find out that the office is closed. If you are going to schedule people for their appointment a year out, you might want to reach out if you’re going to change store hours. On top of that, the lady in the office was a nasty wench about it. Thanks again, H&R!

Well where should I start I guess we'll go with the fact that my appointment time was for 3:00pm an hour later past my appointment time and I'm still sitting in the waiting around in the waiting area, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment.also the lady we had our appointment with was not very pleasant and kinda rude. I asked to use the restroom sitting so long I couldn't hold it anymore and she told me to just wait umm.. well I have waited and held it for over an hr I can not wait any longer I have to go I had to go ask the otherwise lady that was working. Needless to say I'm not real happy with this lady right now I know I won't be EVER USING THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Or I don't want this lady
