Ladies- If you're ever worried about taking your car to a mechanic as they might pull a fast one on you- Bring your car here! The receptionist and the mechanic Phil were both exceptionally kind and helpful. called over the 4th of July weekend and they rushed it in ASAP, and gave an honest and fair price. A previous shop messed up my lug nuts and the bolts (?) they were on, and they kept snapping off my car while i was driving. Phil replaced them and explained to me, in detail, what was going on with my car. I appreciated that more than anything, as the last shop just put them back on and sent me on my way. Everyone was polite and caring. Will be back to report on how the bolts hold up, but for now i highly reccomend!!! :)

We were bringing our whole fleet here and had no problem until today. We’d ordered 8 tires and told them we’d come on Saturday by noon. My drivers got there before noon and the owner said they stop taking people in at 11 AM. This wasn’t our first time coming here on Saturdays and as long as we got there by noon, they’d take care of us. But today the lady was rude and acted like this was never the case before. If you take the last customer at 11 AM, then why don’t you say you close at 11 AM instead of noon?! Will never send my guys there ever again. Good luck running a business with this kind of an attitude.

The owner replied below to my review with no less than four complete lies.
I don't argue, I got permission to arrive a few minutes late, she did not mention the notary up the road, and I cancelled the rescheduled appointment.
I sensed bad energy & attitude from the woman at the front desk, who said she is the owner, from the minute I walked in.
I can understand a business having policies, however, the way she spoke to me was with such disrespect.
Even if it's true that the state doesn't allow them to print the registration,
(Although several other businesses that I called after said no problem) she could have delivered the info with a bit of kindness. Or even mentioned that there is a full notary office two doors up that can print it for a fee.
Because she was so rude, (and she is the owner!) I came to another inspection station for my small RV, M&M repair in Beaver Falls. What a difference in how they treat people!

Honest people. Been bringing my cars here for a few years now. Alignments are always spot on and they don’t try to upsell anything to me like other garages did in the past.
