This is the worst pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone, they are rude and not helpful. Butler rd Giant eagle pharmacy even said they don’t like them because they are even rude to them and they don’t answer the phone for them either. Don’t waste your time going to this pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with anywhere. Every single time I need a refill or am picking up there is a problem. They will actually tell me it’s all good on the phone, and then when I get there, something is wrong! They don’t call to let me know there is anything wrong, and they have actually canceled my prescriptions without even telling me!! Unbelievable!! I hope they aren’t doing this kind of thing to people who have prescriptions that their life depends on!! Example - a refill for nose spray! What could go wrong? I’ve gotten it there already, so I’m just coming for a Refill. They have it in stock. I’m not coming too soon. They tell me on the phone it’s ready. I go there, and they tell me they need to call the doctor because there’s a problem lol. Total imbeciles!!

Every experience my household has had with this pharmacy has been gold star. Today's review is a special thank you to Zack (by phone) who helped with a problem on a particular matter & the pharmacists Janet & Laurel who continually do above and beyond to help get medicine to us quickly to get us to wellness. Every person who works the drive-through window has been kind and considerate. I appreciate this pharmacy and its team so much. Thank you Giant Eagle Pharmacy Wilmington Road.

Since moving to lawrence county I have entrusted giant eagle pharmacy for myself and my pets. However, the neshannock location continues to disappoint. Every time I have a prescription filled there is an issue with either the prescription being lost, the price being different, or none to be found.This has put a delay on dosing for my pets and I cannot strive how important their health is to me and my family.I have also been treated rudely at the pick up in store, window pick up and also over the phone.When working in the health and wellness field I feel there should be an emphasis on compassion or at least curtesy to your patient and customers.Do better Neshannock Pharmacy, your community needs you.

I am going to be switching pharmacies. CVS near me is way better. I don’t know why I keep having my medicine transferred here, thinking it will change. I finally made up my mind. All the other giant eagle pharmacies especially (cranberry twp) answer their phones and are not rude, very professional and don’t seem they are being bothered with anyone. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes as I type this. This always happens.This place, is just wow unbelievable.If you hate your job so much, just find something else.Update* the lady who I just talked with over the phone said there were no medications transferred over since my doctor accidentally sent it over to Cranberry twp G.E.I said I talked to a pharm tech he put them over in a file to this giant eagle. Oh wouldn’t you know she magically saw it. Wow

When leaving the doctors office or emergency room and they have called in a prescription, wouldn't you think it might take priority if it's for pain or a serious condition? Arriving they say they haven't received it. It will be ready tomorrow. You need it now! The process either needs to be revamped or they need more help. Also why do they close so early? Many people don't get there until after work and they're closed at 7:30. Not a good situation. The staff has always been kind, courteous and professional but I'm thinking it has to be the system that needs to be overhauled.

This is the most inept pharmacy I've ever been to. They tell you its ready and when you get there they tell you it won't be ready until tomorrow. They do this constantly even after they send you a text telling you it's ready.I understand you can't get certain meds early but they take it to the hour.

The lady I just got off the phone with in the pharmacy was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her because she did not know how to answer my question, puts me on hold gets back on tells me a sentence and then says by while I’m in the middle of trying to ask her a question. Not cool or professional!!! When you are discussing medications for medical reasons they should know the importance of it as it could leave to life or death. Just for the record this is Tammy Mosley and just got of the phone with this rude person at 2:05pm 6-4-20. Thank you kindly for your professionalism. Time to call the better business bureau

Very good pharmacy!!! The pharmacists that I had during my extended lung transplant protocol were very polite and interested in my care throughout!!I was given every consideration @ all stages of my treatment.

If I could give them a zero I would. They never have medications available. When they tell you they will follow up with your physician to manage the medication they cannot fill they never follow through.
