Always an issue when I try to pickup my prescription and to top it off communication is nonexistent! Finally decided to transfer my prescription from here, should have done it years ago.

This is the worst pharmacy. They don’t answer the phone, they are rude and not helpful. Butler rd Giant eagle pharmacy even said they don’t like them because they are even rude to them and they don’t answer the phone for them either. Don’t waste your time going to this pharmacy.

The absolute worst place to try to get ahold of someone to talk to, phone just rings busy for hours on end. Considering switching to a different pharmacy.
