I will never ever have FedEx ship anything for me! my shipper sent a package that needed a signature and that's fine! I asked them and traced this package over 12 times and it still has not came. it was a two day delivery and is now over 8 days old. this package has not moved from 2 commons Blvd. since Monday. I was told it was redirected to Walgreens and Walgreens said it was not scanned in by them. I stop in them 3 times, they said it was never there. I believe this package was purposely miss placed because of the the rude resolution manager I got on Monday. he set the whole downward spiral, they said the package was redirected on its own to the closest store without letting me know it was send there so I could not have it up on Friday. but that too was a lie because this package did not leave the site until after it stop raining cats and dogs Monday. now im being told to drive an hour out of my way just to get my package that been delayed this many times. this is the worst center . even the shipper tried to work it out with these people at the ship center.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The New Castle DE distribution center is horrible. I've seen other reviews about rude service and not receiving packages, I've had the same experience. I receive a very expensive medication that the company only uses Fed Ex to deliver. I went without my medication for 2 months while they were trying to "find" it. Packages have been delivered to neighbors, if at all. I get emails saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. Not true. I've wasted many weekends not going out waiting for a package that doesn't come. Horrible customer service.

This location is horrible. As an ex-employee, I know how things are supposed to function. The drivers from this area of DE steal, damage, and deliver to the wrong address all the time. The managers do not hold them accountable. This location should be audited and shut down. Drivers destroy homeowner's properties with their trucks and do not follow the delivery instructions. Look at this repeat offender...he throws it and it's NOT on the porch. When it rains, you can bet this will be soaked. His behavior demonstrates that he tries to avoid the door camera...but I have several more cameras on the property. For all the stolen packages and property damage, I'll be seeing them in civil court. I won't share all of the evidence on here.

Easy to send out packages to where you need your packages to go. You can prepare packages beforehand or get them set up here at their station. Much respect to the employees that handle the customers' requests. They go through a lot of customers that do not know how to handle their request and have to be advised. I would always recommend coming prepare with the information that you need and they will work with you. I will always say that working in customer service is never easy. If it was easy to do their job then you be sending it out yourself and not go to professionals to handle your business so a little respect is always important.

I ordered 10 things online that came with different companies, ONLY fedex lost one of mine and the others are delayed! Now I know that if I order stuff on Amazon, contact the seller for other delivery companies for sure!

I paid for 2nd day air....it gets to this destinations facility in New Castle Delaware and falls into the black hole..tracking just says "no scheduled delivery date available" and "potentially delayed"......There's no potentially about it it's not here and no date when they will deliver it you call customer service and you get some broken English-speaking person from another country it tells you they will gladly open a case for you and some I'll be in touch within a week or so FedEx has fallen down the tubes with every other shitty business in this country using excuse of "unprecedented times" For their lack of ability to do their job here's a crazy idea hire better people? Let's talk about drivers that instead of putting the package on your covered porch while it's pouring rain they throw it next to a rain downspout in your driveway because they're too lazy to walk the extra 15 feet to the front porch or drop the package by your mailbox next to the street you've become a disgrace

Looking for my package. They claimed they tried to deliver my package on Saturday and claimed I was not home but, I was home all day. Now, here it is Tuesday evening and I still haven't received my package. Following the tracking number it states that delivery is pending? Pending what? I am home. Just re-deliver, please.

I showed up twice yesterday including once after 5 pm. They said sorry it isn't here. I came back today and the guy was super rude. I will definitely make arrangements to ship and pick up somewhere besides here!! Also the construction in 141 makes it a real pain to get here.

My package was received at this location, was marked with "barcode unreadable and was replaced" over a week after not receiving the package I contact FedEx to be told that the package was "lost". I could not get a replacement for it. The item is worth more than what I paid for, and more than getting a refund. I am seeing all these reviews about how bad this facility is and SOMETHING needs to be done. I feel for the people like who will someday inevitably loose an important package. If you live near the New Castle DE ship center, do not use retailers than ship FedEx home delivery!!!

I'm waiting for my delivery it's been at New Castle somewhere. Customer service doesn't know why it's just sitting there. No direct number, no estimate delivery, no nothing.

I have had the worst luck with FedEx. Over the last two months they have lost four of my packages and have been nothing but rude on the phone. Customer service is no help and even hanging up when they are confronted about what the vendor says is on the tracking. I wish companies would stop using FedEx or give the choice of carrier

Fedex is the worst mailing service. My package has been sitting in the same place for over a month because they didn't have the right address from the shipper. However, when I called the shipper they confirmed my correct address. Which means that Fedex has the problem but I am doing all the work, contacting my shipper back and forth trying to fix a problem FEDEX should be fixing. After all, I am the one that paid for shipping. This is my cap and gown for my college graduation that they are playing with and I am just so heartbroken right now that I will not get it in time because of this horrible mailing service. If you can help it, PLEASE DON"T USE FEDEX.
