CVS Health offers COVID-19 testing, including lab and rapid tests where available, mainly for eligible individuals aged 10 and older. Minors under 16 need an adult present. During high demand, lab results may be delayed. Customers appreciate the convenience of prescriptions and medical services, along with clean, organized stores and helpful staff. However, some experience issues with rewards like Extra Care Bucks, which can expire quickly and be difficult to use, leading to frustration. Confusion about how discounts and savings work also occurs, affecting the overall shopping experience. Despite these concerns, CVS remains a popular location for health services and shopping needs.
CVS would not let me use my $20 extra care bucks months ago. I did not see it nor did they put it on my card. I had a family emergency and when I asked they said it expired after a week? What? The cents they give you on purchases last longer when you buy something for the Xtra bucks. Terrible CVS.
