I’m not a big fan of their policy. They don’t accept partial payments for people who don’t need to stay the full month, in which is completely bogus in my opinion. They need to consider a change if they want to keep loyal customers.

We met Jeremy out on W. Harbor rd at the office he was very nice. He went above and beyond to help us out. I would definitely refer them and use them again! We got the first months rent free!

Took forever, over a week, to actually talk to someone. I had questions that needed answers. Every time I tried to call I got an immediate response that no text can be done, even though I replied TO A TEXT?♂️ Even emailing didn’t work. Then the lot was like a roller coaster with, seriously, 2’ ruts. My locker latch was so rusted some fell off when I attempted to open it. Most of the others looked decent, but now I realize why this one was available. Sure could use some improvements. The lease signing was a breeze though. Go figure.

Well up until today I would have rated my experience with SROA at 5 stars. I rented this unit 1038 only a few months ago and I just got a letter that the rent is increasing. And ironically I have rented 2 since then. The second I was not happy with the location or the price so I transferred my stuff to another unit a few doors down from the first one which was bigger and cheaper and now that unit is probably going to increase as well. You have no idea how disgusted I am right now. I also helped out the property manager and emptied a unit for nothing because he held the last one I got for me til I could make the switch. I own a clean up business and haul stuff all the time and would have no problem helping out or working something out with you when units need emptied but now I don't know what I'm going to do I'm so mad.
