“I found a dog while working. He was so lost, I was not sure if he was a boy or a girl. I grew attached in the first 10 minutes. He was definitely a pup and I named him or her Hunter. I felt like we were long lost souls that found eachother honestly. However, within 30 minutes I was told I had to take him back that he couldn't even stay the night for me to find a place when I had no where to take him back to because I indeed found him in the woods by Arlington Rd. Someone decided to drop this poor baby, and what it appeared to be was dog food or he or she was eating something in the grass. Regardless my mom made calls and an angel at the Lawrence county humane society said, bring her or him down. She looks like a police puppy dog. I know they found her or him a forever home, without them I wouldn't of known what to do. I know she or he got the best care and love possible. Hunter was greeted immediately and loved everyone. They said she looked like someone else's dog who passed away. I am thankful they were able to take her or him, she was an adorable pup who just loved to be loved. In the hour that we were able to share with him or her, she or he was the best doggy anyone could ask for. I hope whatever he or she was named is resting in such love and abundance in their forever home. ❤️Thank you LCHS you guys are amazing. Don't ever stop helping our furry friends!”

“I have had a lot of success with my losing weight here. I regularly use the treadmill and walk for about an hour. I caught a stomach virus bc I didn’t sanitize properly but overall I am feeling fine now.”
