I came here a few weeks ago with a friend and we both got our hair done. I wanted my hair done burgundy and my friend wanted her hair lightened and some highlights. We left feeling very pleased with the outcome but not even ten days later both of us looked the same again. All the burgundy is gone even though I was told it would last a month and my friend looks like she had nothing done. Mind you we paid more than $300 for basically nothing. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Went there for a cut & style. The stylist, RandiLynn, was very enthusiastic but I wasn't too pleased with the finished cut. My layers were visibly uneven - off by a couple of inches! - and my bangs were also crooked. I expected more, especially for a salon whose prices are among the highest in New Castle.
