If I could give zero stars it would be better. They do not do any work. They take your money, ("set up fee") and NEVER make an actual product. Company is an entire scam. Do NOT do business with them. They will steal from you.

This company is bogus. I ordered commemorative plates in April 2018. I wanted them by June for our church anniversary in July. I got excuse after excuse from this company. Matt is not to be trusted. It got down to the week of the program. He told me they had shipped them out by overnight shipment and I would get them the next day, Thursday. Well they never showed up. I called to get the tracking # and the person answering the phone would say they would call me back, or they wouldn't answer the phone. I was so hurt and embarrassed. They lied to me for 4 months rather than just say we cannot do this. Do not waste your time with this company.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Never in my life have a found a more ridiculous owner! I ordered dish ware from this company in early February 2014 and returned a portion of them to the business as they were the wrong size, which was my mistake. I payed $40 for shipping. I waited 2months for a response, left numerous messages, at least 8 times left my phone number but never got a call. When I spoke to Matt, who claims to be the owner, he argued the dates with me every time I got thru to him! It is now August 2014 and I still have not received my order. I asked Matt for the tracking number this morning who promised he would call me right back. That was hrs. ago. Here we go again!
