Went to this location to have work done found out I needed a root canal, extraction, and a bridge. They also wanted to do dental cleaning as well as put filling in on 2 teeth.They quoted me almost $5,000 to do all the work, I agreed, signed into a contract. I got a call today and they are telling me that the root canal and bridge are not going to be included in the $5,000 cost.So for an extraction, cleaning, and filling they are wanting to charge me 5 grand.Called other dentists in my area, and they said that what I've had done is at most $850.00 "Filling, extraction, cleaning"Also, I've been waiting since Dec in pain to get scheduled for my root canal, and they told me today that they don't even have somebody that can do the work....

This was stage two for my implants. The surgeon was so nice both times and so was the nurses or dental assistants. I had a pleasant experience. Young ladies at desk when I came was also so nice.

Told me they took my insurance and six months later got a bill for $760.00 finance department is a major joke

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend them. Lashay took X-rays with patience and professionalism. Dr Marshall was professional and understanding. He explained my problem and treatment needed.

Will be back again in the future. Nice staff. I always felt rushed out the door with my old dentist, questions I had were left unanswered and every time I went in with a problem it was always the same thing “It needs pulled, nothing I can do with it, I’ll refer you to an oral surgeon.” Unfortunately it’s always a 3 month wait to see the oral surgeon. I gave aspen dental a try. They took me in immediately and the dentist gave me the choice of repairing the tooth or pulling it. I had it pulled right away and didn’t have to wait. They were very thorough and no pain.

When you have an emergency, you figure you would try and help. The receptionist was not friendly. I had a nerve exposure and they wanted to see me 4 days later. Well I found an amazing dentist in Cranberry that was so kind. The whole staff was. Refresh dental is the way to go! Don’t waste your time with these people! Not friendly or caring.
