The customer service is top tier me and my boyfriend and I were in the market for a new mattress the worker was very informative of the different types of mattresses we choose a firm premium it works for me who likes it a little soft and my bf who likes it firmer. Paid scheduled for delivery and they took away our old mattress will def use again! Thank you Allshouse!!

Great experience! I needed a washing machine ASAP and although I knew what I wanted I looked at others. The salesman was patient and explained pros and cons to whatever I looked at. I went with my original plan, and it was at my house and installed the next morning by 2 friendly guys who did a perfect job, and my basement is not easy to get things into. Thanks Allshouse, I was not disappointed

My husband and I just left there and are now at Lowe's. The man at allshouse was the most miserable sales person I have ever met in my life. Not at all helpful, demeaning, miserable. Hey, buddy, if you don't want to work with the public, sell the place. Because it looks like it's going down the tubes anyway.

We were looking for a counter top microwave, but they only sell over the range microwaves. The salesman explained that the brands they deal with haven't been shipping them. He was friendly enough.

We made our first purchase at Allshouse Appliances last week. Our washing machine died over the holidays and we needed another one quickly. We tried several big box stores and all promised online to deliver in a few days but then did not have the items in stock and told me it would be weeks to get the washer. At Allshouse, the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. He answered our questions clearly and showed us the features of the washer. They were also able to deliver the washer in less than 48 hours, which we found very impressive. The two young men who made the delivery were efficient, honest, and hard working--and presented themselves in a clean and professional manner so that we did not worry at all about letting them into our home. We're planning to go back to Allshouse for the matching dryer and when our other aging appliances need replaced, Allshouse will definitely have our business!! Do yourself a favor and shop locally--you'll be glad you did!

This is not about what I think but about what happened. I purchased a dryer part from Allshouse after supplying them with model# and serial#. I was told the part was nonreturnable. When I got the part home it did not fit and I am stuck with the part because I can't take it back. $71.53. It was not my fault that Allshouse sent me the wrong part or that their warehouse sent them the wrong part but I get stuck with the cost plus two 30 mile round trips to order the part and pick it up.

My daughter in law bought a refrigerator from here last week. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. They went out of their way to make sure it was delivered the next day. They knew hers was broken. The delivery guys were quick and very polite.
