I hired Apollo because the consultant seemed to know what he was doing. What a nightmare! Took two days to pack & load -- did not pay attention to what stayed & what went -as a result lots of thing were brought here that were supposed to stay. Gave all those items to the worker. The manager was not up to the job. He made all the mistakes -- not the workers who worked hard. Packed things that were not supposed to go made the weight go over so had to pay more. The icing on the cake was, I took insurance out, a cellarette was broken, claim was denied because the person processing the claim did not know that the cellarette was wood, layered with gesso - like old picture frames - then painted. She said it was glue without ever looking at it in person. What a joke, would not hire that company again to haul garbage. We treated them quite well, but when push comes to shove, they need a new manager! They are a part of Allied Van Lines. Beware of this outfit! Cost me a small fortune then would not honor a small claim.

I am going to start this review by stating that the ground level crew, the ones that did the actual moving, were very kind and well-mannered, and timely in what THEY did. On the day of our move, the truck that our things was packed on suffered a mechanical failure before it could even leave the Storage Unit park where most of our belonging were stored. We were making a move all of a 2 and a half hour drive away. I understand that mechanical failures happen, but they were unwilling to transfer it to another truck, and when I called 48 hours later, I was told that they had no other trucks to use, and was fed a line about how they were unwilling to transfer my things to another vehicle anyway, as it increased the chances of something possibly breaking. That tells you the confidence the company has in its employees. In the end, it took them eight days to actually get my things delivered to me all of two and a half hours away. I am a disabled man, and my specialty equipment was on the truck that allowed me independent movement around my house. On top of it, an entire freezer full of food was on the truck that was lost. I have since been told that it is not the company's policy to take those materials. When I responded that whether or not it is their policy, they did indeed take it, I was given no answer. No refund of any sort, partial or full was offered, even after I prompted them to make amends on their own. My wife had taken an entire week off of work in the anticipation that she would be putting things away and setting us up in the house, and we could do nothing. We had to borrow a bed off of my in-laws, and a chair for me to sit, as I literally had no furniture to use at all, let alone my specialty equipment. They were unwilling to spare any other trucks in any way in order to get me my belongings. Again, I want to reiterate that this move was all of 2 and a half hours away. Not cross-country or anything long distance. I would highly suggest never using this mover in any way, as they have no integrity at all about how they deal with their responsibilities or their customers, and it has been nothing short of a constant headache the entire time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I reached out to them on 10/29 to schedule a delivery for 10/30. After confirming all of my information and scheduling my delivery window, the drivers never showed up. When I called the company to find out what happened, they had a fake phone number for my account, even though I confirmed it with them the day prior. They left me on hold for 30 minutes, and when I tried to call back, it appears their phone number was disconnected. I have over $1000 in this delivery, I can't get in touch with anyone at the company, and the person I spoke to basically said 'Too bad, you missed it today, we'll schedule it for sometime next week'. Then I was put on hold indefinitely and have not been able to get back in touch since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is abysmal.
