I really like this 7/11!
Gas is usually a decent price. I like the teas they have, both the hot tea by the coffee and the Brisk in the cooler. The cookies are really tasty too!
It's a small convenience store, so the selection is quaint but decent. Unlike the surrounding series of Sheetz where I feel overwhelmed with options, of which none stand out.
The staff have been fairly nice to me and helpful in getting good deals. The overnight staff are very casual. Day staff are energetic and kind. I am transgender and have no issues so far, but perhaps I just pass well enough. I saw another queer person post about a homophobic experience, so your milage may vary.

There is a Horrible Nasty attitude little black girl they hired on the midnight shift the other workers don't even like being around her, I saw her Threaten a customer the other night, get rid of her and 711 remains a pleasant experience

An employee who was not on the clock was behind the counter and not in uniform hanging out with her friends. They cut us in line and were obnoxious, they then proceeded to call me and my boyfriend a slur and chase us out of the store telling us to "never come back". Trust, we won't. Don't go here.

Usually a great experience, But I can't stand when Cora is working. Shes always so rude. If you're young and white, that's fine. But God forbid you're a young black man, you will get nothing but disrespect from her. I watched her scold two young black boys today for simply trying to shop. She accused them of stealing for putting items in a bag while they shopped, while another (white) woman did the same thing and she didn't say a word to her. I come to the new castle location regularly and this is the only time there is ever issues is when she's working.

Considering the options in this area this is a better one. Usually see a couple attendants cleaning the small food area. Cashiers are always ready, atm most times accessible.

Staff is always great. Customers, not so much. Don't go there after dark and don't let your kids go there alone. Its not safe. Look it up in the local news........

Do not I repeat do not get any fruit bowls from this location I got a harvest blend bowl on 8/22/2021 and the apple was molded I had to go to the hospital I’m on my way to the hospital as I type this it made me very ill
