Jim took care of installing an orfice tube that I had and couldn't do myself because I don't have A/C guages to evac and recharge which I appreciated, but when he reinstalled the A/C line, he didn't seat it back in its proper location and instead put it against the heat shield of the motor where it rubbed right through the first time I used the truck. As it was actively leaking the refrigerant, I wanted to show Jim so he could see exactly where it was coming from and not have to take a lot of time diagnosing later. He didn't answer the phone, so I ran down and asked him to take 10 seconds to see it exhausting the refrigerant before it was all out of the system. Apparently this was asking too much even though it would save a lot of time later! I left the vehicle there and didn't need it all week so he could fit it in whenever. Jim was very rude at every interaction and arrogant. I called a couple times and left messages later in the week and never received a call back. Finally, come Friday it was evident that he hadn't done a single thing and hadn't even moved my key from the location I left it on Monday when I stopped back down since he wasn't returning a phone call. Again, very rude and not willing to take any responsibility for his failure to properly reinstall the A/C line or the damage it caused. I took it elsewhere and had the broken fixed that afternoon, but offered him sn opportunity to redeem himself by just checking the A/C pressures. Again, no return call from him and no acknowledgment of his error, and has never taken responsibility to stand behind his work! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR SOMEONE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK IF THERE'S A PROBLEM!!

The most honest mechanic I ever went to. I just got my car inspected and found out that my ball joint needed to be replaced. He was upfront with prices, and he was even willing to work with me on it. A very fair man who truly loves what he does. He doesn't press you on unnecessary fixes. I absolutely recommend him.
