My husband and I usually see Kate Cunningham—we followed her from another practice. I called for a sick visit late in the day and Dr. Blagnick called me back and prescribed treatment—saving me from an office visit and getting me started on medication a day earlier. I couldn’t ask for better care!

despite the situation where I did not qualify for service because of my insurance provider, the individuals that work at this place are fantastic and they forward and refer you to the right people. for example, I needed a 742 card for Pennsylvania physical exam to drive a bus and I got really good information and found out that even though they didn't take my insurance, I could come to a Patient First or an Urgent Care. There should never be blame or any problems given to practitioners choosing what insurance they accept. Great customer service !

I have been going to Chalfont Family Practice for years. I highly recommend Dr. Neff and his team. Recently I have had outstanding assistance with health care issues from Dr. Neff. I’m a retired nurse and a former professor of nursing, I know excellent care when I experience it,

I saw Cunningham yesterday for a physical. I chose her because my primary is retiring and also makes me wait 1hr 45min everytime I need to see him and I already feel anxious at the Dr so waiting in my exam room for that long every time has gotten to me. I saw her back a few months ago because my Dr prescribed me meds that didn't agree with me so I got an appointment with her to just correct the issue, and she was wonderful I loved how she gave me time to talk and ask questions, I didn't feel rushed at all. I thought she was lovely so I chose her for my physical but apparently that was a bad idea she was extremely rude to me everything I said came with a condescending answer. I was visibly upset I couldn't really answer the questions clearly and that was due to my anxiety from being harped on. I even cried a little my face was red she didn't even acknowledge it. I never said a mean thing to her or a mean thing about my original doctor. I was so upset I couldnt nearly think. When she prescribed my meds she gave me a dose without taking about it with me. I topically get 15 mg not 30 mg.awhen I left she just haned my my script and walked away no "have a good day" I got in my car and cried ?. Ive been with chalfont family practice since i was a kid but they lost a patient to the practice yesterday. To note I had no idea this would bother her so much she didn't communicate clearly at all with me about why she was upset.I can only imagine. It was because she thought I wanted her to be my primary but I simply just didn't want to wait two hours and didn't think it was a big deal, no one said anything to me or gave me a call nothing .

Have been going to the practice since it opened and Dr. Danzis was the only Dr. Miss those days! I’ve been trying to reach a Dr there for a week! No call back. I was put on a new medication, 3 months later had blood work and side effects. Want to discuss alternative medication & the side effects I’m experiencing, can’t get a call back from the Dr. I’ve since stopped the medication and will continue to call till I can talk to a Dr. and they marked it as high priority. I have to hope Dr. Liberman isn’t getting the messages as opposed to not calling a patient back… very disappointing!!!

This office is incredibly unprofessional and ignorant to their patients. As a healthcare worker and a patient it was such a shame to experience such lack of compassion. The office manager Shannon is incapable of getting out of her own way and doing what her role is as a bridge between caring for the patient outcome and any issues that arise in that process. Healthcare is difficult enough for all parties because the health of your loved ones and advocacy should be at the core of care especially in a community practice. This manager proclaims she has no boss and that puts the responsibility to the physicians who could not care less to rein in someone whose specific job is to assist in and be kind to their clients. These physicians fail at that and as a result their patients suffer and seek out a more professional and appropriate care team that wants the best for their patients. I caution anyone considering using this practice to reconsider. We all deserve a safe and protected place to get the care we need and this office does not offer that.

I have been going to Chalfont Family Practice since I moved to PA in 1999. When I moved here, I didn't have a doctor and felt welcomed from day one. I have had some really good experiences and I've had a few where I walked out confused. Dr. Shaeffer has been my PCP since the beginning, but when I needed to get in in a hurry, I would see Donna Degnan, the nurse practioner, and always felt I was well taken care of. Donna retired last year, I will miss her as my care provider, but have gained a friend. I started seeing Kate, the CRNP and have nothing but praise for her as well. I have been in to see her a few times (I have many issues). I truly have been happy with the care and concern I've received from everyone in the office. I was happy to see some of the staff had returned after being gone as well. I will continue to have Chalfont, Dr. Shaeffer and now Kate as my caretakers for as long as I need them. Thank you for all the care I've gotten through the years.

So rude and incompetent! Staff brashly called to reschedule an appointment they cancelled. When I returned a second time they had no record! You're better off at Urgent Care!

Very unprofessional. Scheduled me for an appointment twice! First time cancelled minutes before walking out the door! 2nd time I walked in and they had no record of it! Awful service! They aggressively come after you for appointments and threaten to drop you if you don't comply! Go to urgent care!

Very dismissive.Editing to add that they will also deny refilling or prescribing necessary medications to coerce patients into agreeing to medically irrelevant procedures they don't want. I find this practice highly unethical. They have done this to myself and others in my family. Luckily I can get meds from other sources. Need to see if they have any docs who won't do this. Not hopeful. When I asked for a blood test I nearly had to beg for it because they didn't think I needed one... Found out I had a medical condition and if I hadn't pressed them to test me I'd never know. Really ridiculous how they push some tests and ignore others even when asked. I wonder if they have some monetary incentive to do this, or perhaps they just don't care about patient wishes/trust their patients. Regardless it makes me uncomfortable. They also offered no advice for a medical problem I have, other than telling me to go to a specialist somewhere else. Didn't specify where that place would be or give a referral. I also find it unprofessional that they allow family members to change or make appointments on my behalf without verifying/checking with me. I would understand if I was 17, or even 18, but I'm in my twenties. I find it very bizarre. Sometimes I'm happy with their service, but I've had enough poor experiences, including ones not given here, to justify this poor review.
