This store is committing fraud and theft, DO NOT SHOP HERE under any circumstances.I purchased a battery on February 11th and was rung up by the store manager. Without asking or informing me, he also charged me for an accessory kit, which he taped onto the battery (see photo). I came back to the store the following day to return this item I didn't want or ask for, and confirmed a credit was pending on my card's statement when I left. Rather than letting the return go through, he later voided the transaction, keeping both my money and the returned accessory kit. I'm absolutely astonished someone would steal from customers this brazenly.

Came in for a rear wiper for my suv. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Was greeted when I came in , and asked if I need help. The salesman helped me to find what I needed and asked if I needed help to install my wipers which he did. Such a good place to go to.

AutoZone is the best place to buy anything automotive. They have the best selection of brands and products in stock unlike the other guys. Also they have the best prices and WILL price match if you find something cheaper. Their return policy is better than the rest as well. They will take back anything if you are not completely satisfied, it's their company policy!

Leaving this place now on a Friday. They just help me replace a brake light in my car. Found the right bulb, borrowed the right tools from the store. Now I’m good to go. All for under $10.

Very helpful from when I first walked in. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and quickly. Then…as I struggled to install wiper blades in the parking lot, thinking I would be able to do it myself…one of the employees came out to give me a much needed hand. Wish I lived locally to be able to go here whenever I was in need. Great service, very helpful.

I had a new battery installed here several months ago and have recently had trouble with a loose terminal connection. It's nice to know they stand by their work - Lynwood fixed it in a matter of two minutes and I'm good to go!
