I will always be grateful that I got a bolt from the 611 bypass stuck in my tire on my way to work over 25 years ago: I coasted into Sam's, and asked if someone could help me just get new tire on because I have trouble with that part. Sam himself changed the tire for me, and cautioned me to get a new one soon. I said I had a dealer appt in a few days so I would and how much did I owe him?? He said nothing if I switched from dealer to his shop. I had no ties to that dealer so it was a no-brainer. Never have had a bad experience at Rissi's since. Always fair. Always competent.
