I am so glad we took our RV to Three Rivers Marine and RV before looking at the reviews on here. Our experience with them was fantastic. We had bought what I consider a pig in a poke RV, it was sitting in a field, no way of checking anything out, but the price was worth the gamble. After our purchase, as we went thru the different systems, like furnace, water, etc we realized we were going to need some professional help and needed the coach itself inspected for PA. When I called, they were able to get us in fairly quickly. We took it in and went over some of our concerns. We were assured that as they went over it they would call and give us our different options for repairs .And thats exactly what they did. For instance, we knew the furnace was not working. After inspecting our furnace, they found it was junk AND explained why it needed replaced and our choices for repair. Most places would be thinking about their bottom line, but instead they thought about us. Instead of pushing a new furnace, they gave us the option of installing a good almost new one for less than 1/2 of a new one. The electronic steps had been half ripped off and we thought we'd have to buy a new set. They were able to fix our old ones again for much less than a new set. I was concerned about the brakes because the warning light was on. They could have padded the bill by telling us it needed a brake job, but they didn't. And they even called before installing new wipers, which was the only thing they said it needed for inspection. Actually, they called and kept us updated on everything they did. When we picked it up. there were no surprises on the bill. It was nice dealing with a Mom & Pop business instead of some big corporate store because they cared about their customers. As a former small business owner, we know how hard it is to make a living in this digital day & age so I would highly recommend this business for your RV needs. We'll definitely use their services again.

this is my second review as i dont see my first one anywhere. this place is filthy as hell. a dirty cat is the only thing that greets you as it rubs on your legs between all the dusty parts stored in the office , when they do open the door to the office, they act like you are really bothering them from their computer games, or whatever. not often is there even a place to park to visit. they dont have a phone because they never return a call. my trailer was waiting for a part to arrive for 6 months, they blamed it on the manufacturer. i started to not trust their answers so i called the manufacturer, they sent the correct part that day at no charge as i told them that 3 rivers already charged me. they stated they were never contacted by 3 rivers. the workers were friendly but im sure were told to keep lying if they needed their jobs. never again. i recommend hufnagle and majors in zelienople pa. if they take this review down i will just print another. have at it.

this is not a very good place to put your trust. pathetic...we never got a refrigerator they owe us and no one EVER returned a simple phone call. She's supposed to do office work but I doubt it. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Don't ever rely on them for anything as long as they have your $$$$$$. Quite sad really

In Sept 2021, Fyda Freightliner wrecked my 40 foot motorhome in their own parking lot. They have a body shop and I expected them to fix it. Instead, their insurance company (Sentry Select) called in Nov 2021 saying that if I could find a place to fix it, they would send it there. I tried calling Three Rivers, no returned phone calls (a recuring theme). Sentry finally reached Three Rivers and hired them. The Sunday before Fyda delivered my motorhome to Three Rivers, my wife and I drove out there. It is full of junk cars, boats, truck beds, lawnmowers etc, and did not look up to the job. I told Sentry not to send it there. Their response was to send it there or "have it fixed yourself." So over the next 18 months, it sat there making little progress. At one point, after I told the insurance company to total it, did I finally receive a call from the owner, Rick. I asked him to keep me updated and even offered to come help fix it. But I never heard from him again. Sentry paid Three Rivers $55,102.80, but the work was never finished. Most of my phone calls and emails to Three Rivers were never returned. I documented all of them. It became obvious that I would never see my motorhome operable again. Finally, on Mar 31 2023, I submitted a claim (with 13 enclosures) to the PA Department of Insurance. Do not use this place, period.Captain M.R Hoyle U.S. Navy (Ret)Service: Body & Trim

Rick and the guys at Three Rivers RV went above and beyond to get our hot water tank back up and running. It was a unique problem but they kept at it until they found what was wrong. They are the best!

I brought Rick and Rhonda at Three Rivers Marine and RV Center my New RV two years ago hoping to trust in there service and relibality. Just reciently I went to them for inspection of the RV which is two years old and logged 2,400 miles. Rick and Rhonda stated my brakes needed replaced. I told them I inspected the brakes before I brough them down and they where as good as new and the linings wher 3 1/2. They also stated the backingh was coming off the lining. I went to another place for inspection and the orginal brakes passed. Try and put your trust in someone and they want to rip you off. I'll never take any boat or RV to that place again. Can't understand how they stay in business. By the way by taking the RV to another place I saved myself $75.00 on the inspection.

My dad had his camper repaired here and in the process they lost his keys. We are still waiting for them to be replaced. We have called multiple times with no results or return phone calls.

Crooks. They took our older RV and disconnected much of the electrics, then claimed it needed $10K’s worth of electrical and roof repairs, not to mention new coolant and other fluids which were fine. We called their bluff by saying we were going to scrap it, immediately upon which they offered to buy it to “restore.” Sprat to catch a mackerel. They charged us over $500 for this experience.Avoid at all costs.

This has been the worst experience ever! Disturbing, actually. You can take your chances, but our suggestion is to find another place to service your boat, RV, or camper. We hope to help other victims avoid the costly and emotionally painful experience we had with these people. Everything in this review is true or our opinion. (impervious to a libel lawsuit)August 2021-They worked on our 2003 Class A Motorhome and 2006 Jeep TJ. We were overcharged and defrauded. Never given an itemized, written estimate. Paid for parts upfront and given a verbal estimate for labor. Repeatedly inquired about the progress of the work to see if the bill was going to change, and we were rudely chastised/yelled at for asking. "He's still working on it!" and "It's not gonna get done any faster with you calling to check on the progress" Initially told/expected the invoice to be $4250 plus tax. When we were told everything was complete, the invoice total came to over $11,000-!!!The owners will say we agreed, and we authorized, but they had us sign a blank work order (3-part carbonless form). We thought we were agreeing to get an estimate, but we never saw the invoice again until AFTER the work was completed and AFTER they put inflated prices on everything. EX: we were charged $30/tire for tire disposal. This is normally $3-5/tire. 6 tires-do the math. There is no law against them charging whatever they want, but regulations and laws DO PROHIBIT SURPRISE INVOICES AND FRAUDULENT PARTS AND LABOR. In our opinion, these people are career GRIFTERS: "a person who engages in petty or small-scale swindling". This explains how they continue to do it year after year. The individual crimes are not worth pursuing. Petty theft by deception, fraud, overcharges, surprise invoice, too many consumer protection laws to mention. Flying under the radar with no remorse and a mockery of the civil court system. Very clever and devious. Our research indicates more than 20 years of ripping people off. We spoke with numerous others. They get off on it. (by accident we found the “dark triad”—google this) It's a mystery to us how they also have a good number of positive reviews. It must be part of their game...get a few good reviews so people won't believe the bad ones. There's a naughty list and a nice list. We ended up on the naughty list. The worst part is the FRAUD. Owners staged a video of the onboard generator of our motorhome, stating it wouldn't start. They would not permit us to go into the work area to see for ourselves (BIG RED FLAG). We paid over $1100 for parts and labor for this single item that was SIMPLY NOT PERFORMED! This is a crime. It also sheds doubt on everything else we paid for. Photos depict the bolts that would have been required to be removed in order to replace the generator starter. Ricky--Could you please tell us how you replaced the starter without removing the generator from the chassis?? Note the review by Erik H. 7/23/2018--he had phantom services too!! This is NOT an isolated event, and we are not alone. We attempted 4 times to resolve this privately, but we have been ignored. We were prepared to file a civil lawsuit, but of course, our attorney DID disclose his fees and we are not interested in the price. Richard and Rhonda Douds (husband and wife owners-public information) are no strangers to small claims court, and they know most won't follow through with litigation. If we had been given a written estimate and an update on increasing costs, we would not be writing this review. We recall the sign at the desk stating something like "You don't ask your doctor or attorney to reduce their fees, so why are you asking us to reduce our fees?" Well, Rhonda, I'll tell you why. Because doctors, attorneys, and all honest business owners and professionals disclose their fees and pricing BEFORE performing the work so the customer can make an educated decision. You did not, and therefore people complain about your pricing.
