This shop has been in our family 5 generations now. My son just got his first haircut from Uncle Dave ? highly recommend and family owned.

Nice hometown barber shop with a friendly Barber. Owns the place. Decent haircut and they also have a line of hair care products that are organically made by the owner.

The fellow did a decent enough job cutting my hair. He also was an acquaintance with my mother and her sisters in school which would be nearly 60 years ago which made for decent Barber chair banter. It seems that the shop is set up pretty well for hair styling and has a few barber chairs. I am not sure if things have changed but the fellow told me that he couldn't get anybody to show up to work so he took over doing the styling and dying so it was at that point a one-man show. This didn't seem like a logistical issue as both times when I went I was the only customer there. This man also is developing a line of hair care products based on coconut oil if I remember correctly. I have since taken the Nazarite vow and no razor shall touch my hair or beard again. Imagine the money I will save in razors alone nevermind haircuts! That being said if I should feel the need I would go back and I would recommend to others based on my experience.
