selected this location due to proximity from where I live. Both staff and vets are friendly. seem to be thorough with their examination of my puppy. i am a newer customer. got my puppy about 3 mos ago. only issue is I seem to wait a very long time at each appointment. waited 45 minutes until the vet came fo see my puppy. I went to the front desk too. thinking I was forgotten s put. should have maybe had a tech stop by a few times letting me know the vet was attending to an emergency situation, and would be with me shortly. the actual visit was coded incorrectly too. had my puppy scheduled to meet with a vet tech, when he should have actually been scheduled to see a vet. these last two issues are leading me to consider seeing a new vet.

Stay away!! I have a bulldog who has issues with yeasty ears and is prone to ear infections. Everytime we take him there, it is a different vet and we have to give a complete rundown on him as if he were a new patient. Would love a place that actually knows your pet and their history, therefore allowing them to provide the best care and knowledge of what works and what doesn't. Or, they could simply look through your pets records and see what works, but I guess there is not enough time for that level of care. Instead, you get different people who have different opinions and who recommend a different plan of treatment every single time! After 3 years of trying different drops, they finally found one that works great and now are refusing to provide those drops. After hundreds of dollars and multiple trips, they now feel that particular drop that has been proven to work is no longer is good for him. Ummm what?? Nobody knows their pet better than the owner, so it would be great if they actually listened instead of giving you the run around and requiring multiple visits and a constant change of medications. SCREAMS MONEY GRAB! Time to find a vet that actually takes the time to listen and know your pet.

I switched to Big Rock and have NOT regretted it! The WHOLE staff is amazing and I only have the nicest things to say about them all! They truly care about your fur babies as much as you do we are very happy how our babies are treated here and I highly recommend

We have never had any issues with any Vets, Vet techs, or any office staff. Frankly,we have never had a problem with anyone. Their prices are good. Their service is even better. I recommend anyone who has a dog seek out to BIG ROCK VETERINARY HOSPITAL. I never tòok a cat there, but i am sure the service would be the same. A+ from me.

They are amazing! If you are looking for a place that treats your pet like their own, this is it. All of the staff are kind, loving, compassionate, and take their time. I have never felt rushed while in the office or on the phone. I highly recommend Big Rock Veterinary Hospital.

They treated my car very well. I’ll be back for sure. They all seemed to love my cat Nadia. She received a microchip for international travel requirements, and had her shots brought up to date.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had the misfortune to have to put my 16 year old dog to sleep. They found me a last minute appointment for the next day within 5 minutes. From the moment I walked in there up to a week later when I received a sympathy card in the mail the staff and Vet were very comforting and professional. They made a hard decision and rough time in our families life extremely soothing.

They were wonderful with my dog. Very thorough and took their time with him . Actually cared. So glad I chose this place! The prices aren't horrible. And they even texted to check on him & to see if we had any questions and with results!

I’m not the type to leave any sort of review but If I could give a 10 stars review to this place I would. One of the most hardest moments of my life was having to put my dog sassy down somewhere by myself . I don't have family to come with me or support me through things like this which makes it all the more harder. big rock really stepped it up and got me through it like they were family and a part of my dogs life. I even received a signed letter from all of the staff sending love for my loss. Thank you so much to you and your team for making my experience as heart warming and comfortable as it could be on my own. I look forward to in the future bringing my next best friend your guys’ way :’)

Their office is clean, they were friendly, communicative, and understanding with us, and they were good to our cat. I've gone to places that gave you an impression that more needed done just to milk a situation but not these guys. They were straight and honest with us. Definitely going back for checkups and anything else that comes up with our animals.

They always take such good care of our cats here. Super nice and friendly staff. They're very informative and always happy to talk things over with you. It's easy to see how much they care about their furry clients. The dental technician really seems to know her stuff, and I love that she was the one to call with updates during one of our cat's dental procedure. It gave me a lot of comfort getting to talk to the person actually doing the dental work. I definitely feel good about our decision to bring our cats to Big Rock.
